Works great! Need to test it more, but up to now, all seems fine. It is easy to set up, but customer support is fact and reliable. Needs Shopify Translate & Adapt integration to be efficient.

The app works great and is better than one of the other competitors who require them to pay $150 in order to make Drawler Cart work with quantity breaks. Here this is not paid and the team is very helpful.

Catastrophique, ça fait + d'une semaine que j'attends qu'on s'occupe de mon problème. J'ai plus de 80 clients qui se plaignent que ça ne fonctionne pas et je dois tout gérer car à part me dire "nous avons prévenu nos développeurs, il reviens vers vous rapidement" ils ne font rien d'autre. Des mois et des mois que je paye leurs application pour rien.

The software is definitely janky. One minute it works and the next it doesn't. One of the major problems is when we use the "Tag Customer" . When a customer is "tagged", this should override all other offers, but it doesn't. This feature doesn't work at all. We've tried everything and even customer support, which was a complete waste of time.

I was looking for a simple application to add a discount on the volume of products. I tried several applications before finding the right one. I couldn't get the app to work from the start. I sent a message in the chat box and in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday evening, I was chatting with Hem and my application was worked as the presentation says, simple and effective. Appen gjør det den skal, men Volume & discount har ikke kontroll på betalingene, jeg valgte 1 årsabonemang, og dette har de nå trukket fra mitt kort både i august og november... har sagt ifra om dette og ingen ting blir gjort desverre. Så appen er fin, men dette skal ikke skje...
