Support is pretty terrible. Had some issues with the upgrade and Nivi did very little to help and was clear that she didn't even pay attention to what I was saying in chat. Last problem I had was a simple border issue (wasn't showing up correctly) with the discount table and she said she was looking into it and then never heard back.
Update: So, after the upgrade, this app will no longer stack with other product discounts. I have items that cannot be discounted so I need to use product discount codes and not order discounts. It's a shame since this worked perfectly fine before the upgrade. Once again, Nivi was not very helpful and clearly didn't bother to really read what I said.
Great idea but.....I have two clients using this app, it has conflicts on both installs and Shopacado won't really help you fix anything properly unfortunately. I've worked with many Shopify app dev's which will jump in and fix you, that's not happening here.
It's a great idea but it seems like Shopify is too locked down to create a decent bulk discount app.
I'm currently waiting for help from support again but I'm not holding my breath.
The app is totally unusable at this point, my client is stuck and can't sell 20% of their products because their bulk discount is buggy and won't work in checkout.
My two developers are pointing at Shopacado for the fix and don't want to touch it. I may bring in a senior dev to build something custom instead as a last resort. Sad this is working out so poorly.
This app used to work but no longer works at all and has caused me pain due to customers emailing several times a day saying they are not receiving discount's. I emailed support with screenshots and she come back and said it was 'fixed' in a matter of minutes which is a very poor case of customer service. Saying that something is fixed without properly looking into it and fixing it is not very acceptable I am afraid. I am cancelling my subscription today and I strongly suggest people think twice before installing this as it simply does not work as intended and it has still not been fixed as a matter of urgency.

Be careful with this app - it worked fine for us for years but this black friday we tried to use it and the app has been updated. It only really supports 2.0 themes. The app wasn't working exactly as it should, so reached out to support. They refused to do the upgrade for us, insisted we changed the theme code. Everything went wrong and they were unable to fix it. After few hours of wasted time in the middle of our promotion which is live to customers we had to cut our losses and switch to another solution. The support team is very lacking!!

UPDATED: when the app stopped working in my cart, causing customers to NOT be able to check out, they had to "check with the developer" and would not give any time frame. My store was literally paralyzed with no one able to check out. I am having to uninstall it and find a different app immediately.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of problems with this software and the customer support is not helpful. I'm sure there are much better apps out there for the money.
Absolutely do not download this application, which creates major bugs in the shopping basket, and there is no support to fix the problem.

i have used this app for years but now the new upgrade is interferin with other coding on my site :( we have reached out to help multiple times regarding the issues but they just “forward to developers” then never follow up.
Have to downgrade my original review. We ran an update" provided by SHOPACADO that was supposedly to bring code up-to-date with Shopify 2.0 and it broke our discount calculations. The as low as" price and discount dollar amounts stopped refreshing when the variant options were updated. I have been waiting for weeks for this to be fixed and nothing. We had to take the information off of our product pages because the discount amounts shown are incorrect, so not getting the full use of this product.
Five stars! We have been using this app for a year now and it has been working consistently well. Whenever we need support with settings or setup, their customer support is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable about the product and how to make it work for you. I would not hesitate to recommend this Shopify app and this company.
