Unfortunately there is a bug with this app that breaks my order form. This causes any number field punched in to auto update and redirect to the cart. Ive been given the run around from their support team for about a week and today they told me "sorry for the delay, we're busy with a new app launch" Now my store if left broken, and I need to hire a real developer to fix it. I had high hopes for these guys, but it would be really nice if they worry about fixing their broken apps before releasing new ones. If they can manage to devote a little time to their paying customers and fix the issue that has broken my store I would gladly give them 5 stars. I initially did get them a good review when they were initially helpful in getting me setup.
APP NOT RELIABLE, IT MADE ME LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, BE CAREFUL.
The app used to work fine but somehow it gave way different discounts that the ones I set up, giving away products for cents where that was not what it was set up. I disabled the app and the thing went on. I LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS because of this unreliable app, and the worst thing is that support DID NOT HELP actually pretending that this was not their fault while it is obvious. I have all the records.

appalling app and the customer service make you repeat yourself..it's like no one is reading what we are saying. The app worked well before, but since the update it has completely slowed down our checkout and it jumbles up the prices sometimes. I;m just disappointed we have to unistall it now and find something that works better with our theme.
I can also confirm that our cart problems completely went away when we unistalled this app.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of problems with this software and the customer support is not helpful. I'm sure there are much better apps out there for the money.
Catastrophique, ça fait + d'une semaine que j'attends qu'on s'occupe de mon problème. J'ai plus de 80 clients qui se plaignent que ça ne fonctionne pas et je dois tout gérer car à part me dire "nous avons prévenu nos développeurs, il reviens vers vous rapidement" ils ne font rien d'autre. Des mois et des mois que je paye leurs application pour rien.
The software is definitely janky. One minute it works and the next it doesn't. One of the major problems is when we use the "Tag Customer" . When a customer is "tagged", this should override all other offers, but it doesn't. This feature doesn't work at all. We've tried everything and even customer support, which was a complete waste of time.
I was very satisfied with this app, and have been a satisfied customer for the past 2+ years. Great support and always worked well. Unfortunately, since Shopify Markets was introduced, the app no longer works. As soon as customers check out on an international domain through Shopify Markets, it is automatically redirected to the old domain and the currency is changed back. This confuses customers, our conversion has dropped 90% for international domains on Shopify Markets. I've been trying to reach support for 3+ weeks now, sometimes days with no response, but promised to get back within 24 hours. They also tried to fix the bug, which resulted in customers being able to order products with 100% discount. Please fix this asap, I am not the only customer who struggles with this.
Took a bit of fiddling around with support to get everything working as needed, but I'm very happy with the end result. Support was very responsive and competent aswell. The UI isn't the most intuitive one I've seen, but I only need to set it up once and it works like a charm :). //EDIT Unfortunately it soon turned out that using volume discounts breaks the functionality to use regular discount codes. In cases where there is just one product in the cart (no volume discounts applied), the discount code field is showed in checkout. When multiple products are in the cart (volume discount is applied), the discount field in checkout disappears. You can technically enable an in-cart discount field for cases like this, but this implementation is very poorly made (poor placement, poor styling, the field changes placement in the cart total area depending on whether a code is applied or not, the field disappears after entering a code and displays a janky error message/the code in red with a tiny-tiny x next to it, that is apparently a button and reloads the field in its original placement etc etc). I redesigned the in-cart field and made a proposal on how to make this functionality more logical and user-friendly. Until this is fixed, unfortunately I can't give a positive review to this app - I would imagine most merchants want to use volume discounts as a little extra to reward users who spend more, but if this essentially disables the discount codes functionality (or replaces it with basically a broken one), it's loses a lot of its intended value.
We used this app to help us with volume discounts that would be handy if it worked properly. Discounts didn't work for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues. Customer service hasn't been muich help basically saying it's a customer issue when it's supposed to be an automatic discount and servers were slow and being upgraded but still have the same issues.
I'm having a terrible time. The app lost me two sales so far because the discount didn't apply. The support is active but sends a message once every 8 minutes.
