My aov increased by 40% within days of using this app. It was incredibly easy to setup and as far as I can tell it hasn't slowed the website down. The beauty of it is how intuitive it is for the customer. I had a question when initially setting it up and customer service through chat immediately answered my question.

This app and the developers have been a lifesaver. Every time I've messaged with a request or issue it's been handled immediately and very professionally. edit 12-12-2022: Giving 1 star and NOT RECOMMENDING this app. It broke our store. We are not able to give proper volume discounts. Support is lacking. On top of that they changed something so that discount codes don't work any more.

edit: 07-12-2022: After a good experience support is lacking. Waiting for 2 days to get help with input of prices. that means our customers don't get the right pricing in our webshop. This is not what a good app developer should do. We are a paying customer.

I originally loved this app, and the why in which it functions.
But recently many glitches, and seems to be difficult to get them fixed. Processed discounts and they ended up not working when we offered them to customers. Certain offers were being reused, and all of a sudden not working correctly.
No idea why the changes came about, as we have not changed our theme. Not sure what happened recently, but something is not working. Until all the kinks are out, we will cease use.
