I was talking to the customer support person Ravi for the entire week this week and she still failed to fix my problem. The app will not work with different currencies.
I love this app for my shopify store! I have been struggling with adding a discount to my store and this app helped me out! The service is amazing too!! Always fast en clear responses!
Easy to use app. All we need for a volume discount is present. Moreover customer support team is up to the mark, you just have to tell them what you want and they will get it done for you. Recommended
There is no YouTube Tutorial, also, waiting time for Customer service is not always "under a minute" as stated in their chat box.
My Initial review was 5 Star - but as soon as I Submitted my review - these guys showed me their real side. If you have other apps installed - download this app with Caution.
I used this app to create discounts in my shop. Very easy to use. I recommend it. Great and efficient customer service, they're always there if you need help.
Practical application, it works very well and the service is excellent, I would like that in the future I could select only one theme to apply the offer, that would be great.
Good app, worth to be recommended. Unlike some other app i used before which always cann't apply to all order ,this app is quite standble to use!
I used this app for a few days campaign but deleted afterwards due to order errors and lack of customer service.
About 17% of orders received during the campaign did not get applied the volume dicounted pricing so I had to manually refund every customer their discount. I reached out to customer service who did not make a big deal to fix this.
The app also changed prices by changing the currency of the sales price from time to time.
The developer needs to fix those issued I had and then this would be a great app.
This app worked for many orders that came through, but there were a good amount of orders where the discount was not applied at all. I had to go in and manually refund these customers and of course had customers reach out to us that were angry because they didn't get the discount we promised. Also, I had customers reach out who did not see discount in cart and were hesitant to checkout. I had to manually invoice them. Also, I'm sure there were a lot of customers who almost placed an order, but did not due to the fact that the discount did not show in their cart. I wish this app could have worked seamlessly with no issues. Then, it would have been perfect. At first their support was very responsive and helpful, but as the issue continued the support did not provide any updates. I contacted them about the issue on a Thursday afternoon and did not hear back with any update until Monday morning after my offer had already ended.
