Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

I spent so long looking for an app that can set up a tiered discount based on total cart value, not on quantity. This is the only app that I found that can do this and thankfully was the easiest app to work with. The customer service is amazing - they respond so fast via live chat and my rep, Zarah, fixed a minor issue for me in no time. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy discount app that can tailor to your store's exact needs.

This is a great full featured app for adding volume discounts to your Shopify store. We had some custom adjustments needed from the default settings and their support team helped us out within minutes of contacting them and had the changes made right away live while we chatted - great service.

I have been in the market for a long time, looking for a cost-effective app that provides great value for money, look & feel, and customization options. It took me a while, but I finally landed on this one! Our most important feature was the ability to use discount codes in conjunction with other offers on the site, and this app gives us this capability. Not compatible with what I want to do on my site. Never made the subscription fee back. Overpriced for what it can do. Honestly I'm surprised a regular Shopify site can't do some of the basic pricing things. Plus hours of time talking to support (nice folks - only reason why its 2 stars) only to hear "sorry we can't do what you need" which mostly seemed like obvious use cases to me... sorry folks

Updated review - lowered it to 1 star because the app was *with no deals even activated* causing pricing errors on my site in the cart. its just one problem after another with this app :(

Looks nice on the website, but it has a major down side. Unfortunately this app is not useful if you want to offer customers exclusive discount codes on your website (ie 10% off, etc.) and bulk pricing discounts. It does NOT work if you want to limit your customers to a one time use code and have a lot of items with a plus pricing discount.

Once again, I'm thoroughly impressed! After personalizing the application initially, I had more tweaks in mind for its display on my product page. Reaching out a second time, they continued with outstanding support with prompt response to my queries. Always there to help.

So far so good! A small issue popped up and customer support helped me solve it within a few minutes. The discount table is very customizable and easy to work with.

Rapid response if you need to receive feedback on a question or issue! Keep in mind that when using this app, this could potentially affect other discounts with other apps you may be used in your store. However, an excellent app for volume discounting entirely!

Finally found a way to bundle and save product and still allow users to apply a discount code! Also very helpful service when I had a minor question

We used this app to help us with volume discounts that would be handy if it worked properly. Discounts didn't work for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues. Customer service hasn't been muich help basically saying it's a customer issue when it's supposed to be an automatic discount and servers were slow and being upgraded but still have the same issues.
