We purchased another app before this one that was probelmatic, and just as bad was the customer support. Within 5 minutes of downloading Shopacado, I was able to have our store and discounts up and running but wanted the discounts to appear before checkout, Nivi was incredibly helpful and fixed the issue within seconds.
