It's 22h and I asked for help, with no expectations they would answer today. It's now 22h23 and everything is already fixed! Very helpful and very fast if you want to know something or if you need help. Looking forward using this app more!

App works great for all my tiered discounts and encourages upsell quantities nicely. Support is fast and friendly too.

Cela fait 1 mois que j'utilise cette application. Elle est très simple à utiliser qui aide à booster les ventes. Support client disponible même le dimanche. Bug réglé assez rapidement. Service irréprochable. Je suis pleinement satisfait pour le moment. A voir sur la durée.

Great support. There was a small bug in our webshop and they fixed it in 30 mins, plus gave us extra advise.

Awesome customer service and the app seems to be working very smoothly! Nivi is amazing and definitely recommend. I will be adding this app to more of more Shopify stores as soon as I get a chance.

Works perfectly for automatic discounts. It solves the problem of tiered volume discounts automatically which is not possible by shopify default automatic discount feature. The support is great as well. Reply's within minutes. Although only works with carts and is the discounts does not support the buy it now button feature which would be nice to have.
