Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

App worked great until a short while ago when they did an update. Ive been in a support chat with someone since March 28, it is now April 12 and I have no help. They keep saying, we have forwarded this to our team.

Update... It's now April 25th. Nothing from the team (3 separate chats open with 3 people).. a whole month later. App deleted. Terrible customer support.

Added another app and in 5 minutes it worked perfectly out of the box.

App is really easy to use and set up. Had a store upgrade and app hadnt synched with new theme. Support was on the case within minutes and didnt leave until every last query was resolved. Syed really took his time to make sure we dotted every eye and crossed every T before signing off and having us back up and running ready to launch our Xmas Discounts! Definitely recommend!

We find Shopacado a very useful discount tool. It's easy to setup discounts and the ability to customise the messages in the Discount Tables is good.

We like its flexibility and the service is also responsive.

Sadly I installed this app for my store only after several months and too many abandoned carts i investigated and the shopacado discount DOES NOT work when people choose Express Checkout I'm most unimpressed on lost revenue and my websites reputation!

Be careful with this app - it worked fine for us for years but this black friday we tried to use it and the app has been updated. It only really supports 2.0 themes. The app wasn't working exactly as it should, so reached out to support. They refused to do the upgrade for us, insisted we changed the theme code. Everything went wrong and they were unable to fix it. After few hours of wasted time in the middle of our promotion which is live to customers we had to cut our losses and switch to another solution. The support team is very lacking!!

Support is not helping. We've been dealing with an issue more than one week now with zero progress.

The responds times are too slow, and the support isn't doing a thorough review of the issue. I'm just getting 'sorry' and being asked for the details I sent previously.

Great product with clear instructions. Customer service is prompt and helpful

I've been using this product for a couple of years. It's an integral part of my store and important for my offers to my customers. With the newest version, it's even better than ever. Support is great too - but I've only needed it once when upgrading to the newest version.

I use this app consistently on my website - It is very simple to use, and their customer service is great.

Whenever I have questions, they are always available and help with a great attitude.
