Very responsive app support

One of the easiest apps to install and configure. I had everything set up and ready to go within a few minutes. I had a small issue customizing the display box but their devs responded to my messages within seconds and had it fixed within minutes. :)

Update: Pavi is awesome! She quickly helped us resolve an issue that we caused when updating our theme. She's a lifesaver!

I have tried many discount APPs but they just didn't do what I needed. This one does!
I have hundreds of product pages and needed to be able to add an offer with text and a table to product pages. This one easily allows me to add the offer to individual products or a whole collection in one go saving me a lot of time. It also offers the ability to add a up-sell offer in the cart page. You can also use customer tags to only show the offer to certain customers so it works well for wholesale options too. Customer service has been excellent with immediate response and questions solved, i recently changed to a new theme and Syed was very helpful with my questions.

The support for this App has been outstanding. Their team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They resolve issues promptly, communicate clearly, and provide valuable insights to maximize the tool's functionality. The additional resources and documentation are also comprehensive and helpful. Overall, the support experience greatly enhances the value of this App.

Having been using this app on two stores and it works really well. Very configurable and delivers results. Great support too.

Great app!

This app allows us to do volume discounts on our site and helps us create upsells by letting people know they can get a discount if they add more to their cart. Their support has been responsive when challenges have risen. I would recommend this app for anyone wanting to do volume discounts on their site.

Review 3: Update additional downgrade: If I could give this tech team a -20 I would. In addition to the as low as price not working, we have asked them repeatedly to assist us as the app broke our dropdown cart and cart bubble count. So customers were adding things to the cart multiple times because nothing happened and the count stayed at zero until you opened the cart to see if anything was added. We found a great app that works with Shopify and doesn't break our cart or cart counter. I am sorry we waited so long for Shopacado to provide absolutely no help in solving what was most likely a simple code edit to a basic Shopify 2.0 theme.

Review 2: Have to downgrade my original review. We ran an "update" provided by SHOPACADO that was supposed to bring code up-to-date with Shopify 2.0 and it broke our discount calculations. The as low as" price and discount dollar amounts stopped refreshing when the variant options were updated. I have been waiting for weeks for this to be fixed and nothing. We had to take the information off of our product pages because the discount amounts shown are incorrect, so not getting the full use of this product.

Review 1: Five stars! We have been using this app for a year now and it has been working consistently well. Whenever we need support with settings or setup, their customer support is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable about the product and how to make it work for you. I would not hesitate to recommend this Shopify app and this company.

i have used this app for years but now the new upgrade is interferin with other coding on my site :( we have reached out to help multiple times regarding the issues but they just “forward to developers” then never follow up.
