I am still in the free trial of the app so I can't really say yet if it works well but I like what I see so far and the support staff are very quick to respond and helpful.

I started my free trial of Volume Discounts by Shopacado today, and I'm already very happy with it so far. The fact that I can apply percentage discounts to entire collections across my store, but have the discount apply only to each product page, instead of a customer buying four separate products and still getting the tiered pricing, is a huge plus for me. It saves so much time, and is super easy to set-up. It barely took me a few minutes to do it. And setting up the look of your discount table is super easy as well. I needed help with a few things because I'm not familiar with how it all works, and the customer support I got was so excellent, she solved all my issues quickly and simply, which I appreciate a lot. So far I'm a very happy customer. :)

Support is amazing. I looks like there is nothing that they can't fix. I thought my theme was not supported. They got it running in under 5 minutes!

I used this App to set up Discount on my Ecommerce Store. The Customer Service Staff ( Pavi ) made it very easy for me. Its really working perfectly.

appalling app and the customer service make you repeat yourself..it's like no one is reading what we are saying. The app worked well before, but since the update it has completely slowed down our checkout and it jumbles up the prices sometimes. I;m just disappointed we have to unistall it now and find something that works better with our theme.

I can also confirm that our cart problems completely went away when we unistalled this app.

I was trying with somany apps, and Shopacado was the only one able to support me, I have a customize theme, and they helped me to configurate what's necesary to make it work. Great customer service and great app so far!

exellent app that does exactly what its suppose to do. i have switched theme 3 times, every time I have gotten support within 5 min to help me set it up. Recommend!

My website, mozestupplies.ca sells bulk sewing buckles, zipper, and fabric for outdoor gear. This app's customer support team was very helpful in helping me get the app set up. They helped me get the quantity breaks to show on my slide cart and my regular cart for no additional cost. My theme is Focal. I tried other volume discount apps before this one and they wanted to charge me $100 USD to do what the Shopacado team did for free. I highly recommend this app and given the support, will likely try others of theirs. Thanks for the help!

Edit - The app works well when it works but does not work 100% of the time. Support is always helpful but does not necessarily solve the problem for all users.

Works great! Need to test it more, but up to now, all seems fine. It is easy to set up, but customer support is fact and reliable. Needs Shopify Translate & Adapt integration to be efficient.
