Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

The app is quite useful overall. There are a few features that other apps provide but they don't and vice versa. Customer service is really fast in communication and helpful.

Easy to use and set up. Worth the money it costs. it doesn't allow to set mimimum quantity per item, but I have been aboe to integrate with another app easily.

I love the app....Customer service is on point as well! I am grateful to Livi! She was to patient while I navigated the process.

had an issue with our shopacado volume discount and went on to the live chat and the problem was resolved so quickly, even at 9pm GMT, very impressed with the service, highly recommend.

edit: 10-10-2024: The app update broke our store again. For more than a week we are waiting for support that leaves out waiting. so I do not recommend this app!

edit 12-12-2022: Giving 1 star and NOT RECOMMENDING this app. It broke
our store. We are not able to give proper volume discounts. Support is lacking. On top of that they changed something so that discount codes don't work any more.

edit: 07-12-2022: After a good experience support is lacking. Waiting for 2 days to get help with input of prices. that means our customers don't get the right pricing in our webshop. This is not what a good app developer should do. We are a paying customer.

The app does what it should do, straight forward. Support is amazing and blazing fast. I would recommend anyone to use this app. 5 *****
