just installed the app, so far looks good! as we are located in Singapore, i am always concern about the location of support staffs, which will affect the support hours we will get. just found out they provide 24hours support from staffs located 2 countries. that is really fantastic! An update after 8 months of using this app. Still very happy with what the app can do for us! Today think of a new way for promotion and want to clarify some detail setup. Zarah was there to reply my chat in a matter of minutes. Two thumbs up for the great support! Highly recommended app!!

We were looking for a solution to Shopify's lack of codeless Buy More Save More discount options and we found that solution with the Volume & Discount Pricing App. The app allowed us to create multiple discount tiers and allow customers to simply add items to cart and have the discount applied automatically. Also, we were looking for some customizations and Nivi was super helpful! She made all the changes and tweaks were looking for and the app looks and works like a charm. We've recently installed this app and we must say the app meets all expectations at a much cheaper price than other competing apps on the Shopify App Store. The support team is extremely helpful and is always available on chat. We were facing some issues with some of the app's features but their support team was quick to resolve those for us. Kudos to their hard-working team, the app is highly recommended.

I am the user from another app call special offer, but it's not good enough as we couldn't apply the discount when we use a new theme and it's really expensive too. After 3 hours I finally found this app, anyway at the begging there also have some error with the discount on draw cart, but we get the online support soon, and Zarah help us solve this problem in few minutes. By the way, Zarah is really nice and beautiful( I think ). I will recommend this app for anyone wanna use the bogo offer or other special offer to increase the GMV, and it's cheap than other app too. So this is the best app for discount!
