Have worked with Nivi over the last couple of days and it has been one of the most refreshing experiences to get so quick and detailed help. This app has been exactly what I've been looking for to be able to provide customers with value, without having to have them provide codes to save. Excited to see what the future brings!!

Works great! It worked on desktop browsers right away even though it said I needed to contact support to fix it. Once I got the opportunity to talk to them via the chat they had the mobile browser fixed and everything running perfect in less than 5 minutes from my initial contact message. Definitely recommend

So far all I can say is they have a great customer support team. I added the app recently and had some issues with getting it configured to my shopify store and their customer support team was on top of it and got it configured for me quickly. Great job Shopacado.

I have tried at least 10 different apps that would allow me to give my customers a discount based on buying two different products in our catalog...but Shopacado is the only one that would work the way we wanted it to (selecting different products instead of the same product in order to receive the discount). Not only did the app do what we needed it to, but the support is quite literally some of the best I've ever had. Pavi went out of her way to help me get everything set up and tweaked to fit our theme, and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Thanks again, Pavi!
