I was talking to the customer support person Ravi for the entire week this week and she still failed to fix my problem. The app will not work with different currencies.

If there was a 0 star option I would give it that. The customer not helpful at all, only replies when they want to. Very pushy when it comes to reviews. Was asked to leave a 5 star review by 2 different customer support agents on my first day of using this app. Lot of bugs with the app as well. Initially the customer service was superb. Mostly replying within a few minutes but on my second day of use I waited over an hour but still not reply. The estimated reply time was set to be less then 1 minute. Very disappointed.

This app will break your store along with every other volume based discounted pricing app. Ive used them all and they have all cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales. Shopify is just as bad because they allow terrible apps like this and many others on their platform. Shopify refuses to upgrade their system and allow for some basic features and instead opts for outside developers to create apps that end up breaking paying customers like myself storefronts. All I want is a functioning store but if you want any sort of cool features like volume-based pricing then forget about it. Shopify shame on you and shame on you Shopacado for putting out a quality product.

UPDATE: stay away from this APP. 1 ) It doesn't work properly with multicurrency. But they don't tell you and it's not easy to notice. We have found that it converts any currency in a 1 to 1 ratio with the main currency of the store. This resulted in some customers seeing prices 100 or 1000 times higher than the real selling price. 2) Say goodbye to abandoned carts. It handles orders in a very convoluted way, all orders that go through the cart become "Draft orders". It is therefore not possible to send recovery cart emails to customers. Very bad experience.

We used this for a while with some success, however it then began giving 100% off discounts to our customers with no explanation. We urgently wrote in to Shopacado, and they immediately stated this was an issue with Shopify. After days of lost money, and investigation from Shopify, they determined it was indeed this Volume Discount app causing customers to receive 100% off. We went back to Shopacado whose reps only reluctantly accepted responsibility. They then disappeared from the chat for over 24 hours. When we finally reached them, they said "we're working on it". To make matters worse. even disabling the app left our script broken. Seems like it would have been a great thing had the developers cared, but our experience is that the risk by far outweighs the gains with this one.

I am absolutely not happy with the Customer Service. Every time I need something, they cannot solve it properly, or while building in labels on the cart, they break things again in the cart. They fix 1 label and ask: " is it okay now?" but then they break something else" and this continues for hours in the chat. When they get annoyed or do not know how to solve it, they just dissappear from the chat and leave it half done! Today I am in the chat for 3 hours for a simple text label. I also let my programmer work to create a selector Id on the cart page, so the team of this app can work faster. But no one is replying me here and they did half of the work and broke half on the cart and just left the online version of the shop like this for 3 hours now. And still no solution. I use this app for almost 1 year now. It is doing what it should (basics), but not more than this and if you need a bit of adjustment, or if you wish to make it a bit smarter or a bit more beautiful. noone can help you and they will tell you, this functions are not available. Last time, I asked for help a few months ago, the exact same thing happened. They broke objects in the cart with css, and left. I needed to get my developer here and pay him to sit and fix it again. In general the app is not the best but it is okay for the price, but I really dont know why this service cant be improved.

The app began reducing customers orders to $0 for no reason. When we contacted them, they denied it and blamed Shopify. After days of back and forth - including them ignoring emails from Shopify tech, they acknowledged it was them but refused to say anything further. It cost us a lot of money and many angry customers when we had to inform them the free cart was in fact caused by a glitch.

I was very satisfied with this app, and have been a satisfied customer for the past 2+ years. Great support and always worked well. Unfortunately, since Shopify Markets was introduced, the app no longer works. As soon as customers check out on an international domain through Shopify Markets, it is automatically redirected to the old domain and the currency is changed back. This confuses customers, our conversion has dropped 90% for international domains on Shopify Markets. I've been trying to reach support for 3+ weeks now, sometimes days with no response, but promised to get back within 24 hours. They also tried to fix the bug, which resulted in customers being able to order products with 100% discount. Please fix this asap, I am not the only customer who struggles with this.
