Custom Product Accordion Tabs

The app itself is doing what its supposed to do. But as other reviews mentioned, there is an issue with broken Javascripts. Submitted several tickets but never got an answer. not really sure if support from the developers is available at all.

The app itself has been good and straightforward. However starting Jan 1 I started getting lots of broken Javascript stemming from the app. Submitted two help tickets and haven't heard anything, been weeks.

I've been having an issue with this app for over a month. I have been trying to contact them for over a month with no response on 3 tickets. Frustrated by the lack of support trying to fix a Javascript issue.

no longer works, always was buggy from day one anyway, should of moved on ages ago.

Very happy with this app. No issues. A bit difficult to set up but once you understood how it works, it is actually very good.

Great app which is fairly easy to use and happy with that way the tabs look. Helpful and responsive customer service.

GREAT APP and Amazing Customer Service! ..I added this app to my custom shopify theme and I really liked it, but it seemed to be glitching here and there and was not looking exactly the way I wanted it to on the page. I know with custom themes the app suggests you have to make a bit of an adjustment to the back end code, but that was a bit over my head. I didn't have much hope it could be fixed but I got in touch with the app's 'Help' Department. KP got back to me, and adjusted everything perfectly within minutes! I was so impressed with the customer service that, even though I rarely write reviews I needed to give these guys 5 stars right away. I would highly recommend this app and this company. I am super happy and the app works exactly as I was hoping it too. Thanks so much KP !

I honestly don't know if they're the problem or I am, but I did the same thing as their video, set up a tab, allocated it to a tab, wrote some text for the different sections, but when I chose heading 3 like they did, it bolds everything and I don't get different tabs, I just get my description with everything bolded.

Here's the other thing. If heading 1 and 2 are left alone so you can use them for blogs, then you have heading 3-6, which is 4 tabs. What if you want many tabs? Are you restricted to 4 or 6 tabs?

In the end, even if I'm stupid, which I don't think I am because I did try their video and a number of different ways...it's still not as Easy To Use as they make it seem. You might have a better experience, good luck.

Easy to use and fast to set up, with great service. This app allowed us to show the product descriptions of all products with one click (no time-consuming adjustment like other accordance apps). We also love the fact we can display common elements across all products and with the help of great service from Voidworks, we're able to display our reviews in the accordion tab too. Highly recommend.
