Love the App and great support from this company, saved me a lot of time

The application is excellent. But there is something even more perfect, and that is the team itself. They patiently solved every problem I had. They even helped me resolve issues that were not related to their application. They do their job very well.

I am loving the options this app gives me. The Solver Circle team has been very helpful setting everything up. Since I had a custom theme I was afraid I would break something and they were kind enough to help me with it. They walked me through the entire process and were very responsive. I am happy I am able to get this on my site and I don't notice any slow down.

This app looks really cool and appears to do what I need it to do unfortunately, it didn't work as described. Customer service was very quick to respond but offered little help. I was able to sort through and fix the issue and got it working. It comes with a free trial and so far I must say it's a good app.

My theme was too complex to install this app, but the support staff did a great job to make it work. You guys are the best.

I love this App! customer service is the best! really impressive. I tried to install the code myself but looked a little daunting, their customer support responded in less than 24 hours!

The support team assisted me in setting the app up and even helped me when I had a hiccup. Easy to use, and very scalable as compared to other applications out there. A great application that will suit your customization needs!

I only gave 4 stars because one fundamental thing is missing: the customer is free to order prints of any size and an infinite number of prints on the same product and the price remains unchanged.

Fantastic customer service!!! Sent an email, in a matter of minutes they responded and even installed the app for me for FREE.

Started off rough in the beginning but their customer service is incredible, they held my hand the whole time until everything was up and running. Great app for a reasonable price.

I am not good at developing website, they support everything that I need.
I requested some specific modification of app 1 year ago. They provided it for free. And now I want to change some features of app. Their service is so fast and excellent. I recommend this app for Tshirt Prining in the small business.

Support team helped us to uninstall the app and were willing to do it for another version of our theme that is meant to go live soon. very happy with the support we received.

This was not a good experience. I installed the app and reached out to the company of for assistance to get it functioning properly. The communication was very generic. Did not solve any of my issues. So I canceled it. Someone personally reached out and said they would help so I gave them another shot. I was charged $29.99 for the product after 3 days still no results and back to the generic answers so I canceled again. Don't waste your time with this app.

Within minutes of sending an email to ask for installation help the team had replied. They were very helpful in getting the app up and running in no time. Although I did have difficulty with uploading images, I reread the instructions and figured it out once I realised where I was going wrong. I just upgraded to the Gold Plan and let me tell you it is everything else I needed. It's perfect for mobile and desktop. And the clipart section actually allows you to put your artwork in categories. Give it a try you can't go wrong and Nasif in customer service is awesome.

We have tried this app, after install the app, it do not work, there is no response when click the "Add Customization", it still no response after add images and price , Do not install !!!!

This is a great app for allowing my customers to upload images. I have had minor problems with the app which were address promptly by customer support.

The app is good enough. The support team is responsive and the app is customizable to fit your needs.

* Edit* I too experienced this server crash. I did lose everything. That said, I was given a refund, and support did what they were supposed to. Support. While I have to start over again, I am going to reinstall and start again, trusting the designers have fixed the problem and it will not happen in the future. I am leaving my rating at 4 stars because it is a decent app that is more affordable than others, and support does in fact care. *End edit* I tried a few other designer apps and this one was far less complicated than any of them and has more font options as well. Did have a little bit of an issue trying to figure setting it up at first because I'm still new to this, but these guys had me up and running in no time! Response time was great, and they were very helpful. This app is hands down the best value without a doubt. Allows your customer to personalize anything in your store that you choose, and you can set the items up with very minimal effort. Wish I could have more variants without having to individualize each product, but aside from that, I'm very happy with my decision to use this app. I'm sure it can be done, but I can't afford an extra charge atm.

Owsum plugin. Loved it. I really need a customizer in my website and this plugin do a fantastic job. And their team support is also brilliant thumbs up.

This app was the cornerstone of our old layout, and is so vital that we redesigned our store around it.
Its great to use from a user perspective, everything laid out clearly and flows nicely to create a unique and enjoyable end-user experience. In the back end, from a store-owner's perspective, setting up a product to be used in the app is so easy a child could do it. The end result is great for both customers and shop owners, and is sure to convert casual viewers uploading their design 'just to get an idea' into paying customers with its visuals and ease of use.

The real gem here though is the customer service, SolverCircle go above and beyond what is required in order to help their customers in a friendly and quick manner that solves the problem overtime.

We tried a lot of different T-Shirt customisation apps on Shopify, and this is definitely the best of the bunch, especially when its so affordable.

Pre-sale questions sounded like the sky is the limit, but unfortunately it is the app that is limited. It's still a nice app and I love the ability to download in svg, but lacking the ability to change the background color and color of the png image is detrimental to what we offer, so it was not a good fit for us.

I was a bit apprehensive about paying a monthly fee for this app or any app for that matter. I was in need so I went for it, and just like I thought I ran into a few problems. I followed directions on the install instructions and asked for help. This happened over the weekend and I was not expecting anything I went on with life as usual. As soon as I arrived for worked Monday I checked my email and there was a reply surprisingly. Not only were you prompt but you exceeded my exceptions, I really really appreciate you and your services and would recommend anyone in need of this option for your site to go ahead and give it a try...

A great custom product app. We offer printed business cards, stationary, stamps etc. Easy to create and maintain designs, very fast installation provided free and great support.

We had some hiccups in the beginning, but it's working well now thanks to the friendly and helpful staff :)

Nice app for the price, But a few things would be nice!

1) Mobile friendly- App does not work on Cell phones or Tablets.
2) Able to set print area- Can't control where customers place their design.
3) Access to fonts- Can't or don't have access to the designer fonts to fill orders.
4) Text option - No curve text, Stretch text, Narrow text etc.
5) More fonts

I wish I could say something good about this app and the seller but I have had nothing but issues and frustration dealing with this. I'm not sure why some people can't be honest? Before I bought this app I asked the seller/designer if this App would allow us to do special features on our site (I sent pictures and examples so he could fully understand my request) and his reply was YES. Almost 2 weeks later he says oh you don't know what transparent images are so you need a designer to help you or pay us $1000 to help you. Ummmm, sounds like a SCAM to me. This seller is unprofessional, has broken English and in my opinion was out to get my money. If you can't do something just say NO, don't try to prolong the 7 day trial to get people's money. I will be contacting my bank and canceling this terrible order. Learn ethics!

The product is exactly what I have been looking for. The service is a 10 out of 10. Emails were answered on a timely basis which saved me a lot of stress. Changes were made on time, and correctly. Communication was excellent. I would like to that Solver Circle for a great product and outstanding service.
