Nice app for the price, But a few things would be nice!

1) Mobile friendly- App does not work on Cell phones or Tablets.
2) Able to set print area- Can't control where customers place their design.
3) Access to fonts- Can't or don't have access to the designer fonts to fill orders.
4) Text option - No curve text, Stretch text, Narrow text etc.
5) More fonts

We had some hiccups in the beginning, but it's working well now thanks to the friendly and helpful staff :)

* Edit* I too experienced this server crash. I did lose everything. That said, I was given a refund, and support did what they were supposed to. Support. While I have to start over again, I am going to reinstall and start again, trusting the designers have fixed the problem and it will not happen in the future. I am leaving my rating at 4 stars because it is a decent app that is more affordable than others, and support does in fact care. *End edit* I tried a few other designer apps and this one was far less complicated than any of them and has more font options as well. Did have a little bit of an issue trying to figure setting it up at first because I'm still new to this, but these guys had me up and running in no time! Response time was great, and they were very helpful. This app is hands down the best value without a doubt. Allows your customer to personalize anything in your store that you choose, and you can set the items up with very minimal effort. Wish I could have more variants without having to individualize each product, but aside from that, I'm very happy with my decision to use this app. I'm sure it can be done, but I can't afford an extra charge atm.

Product does what they say it does , I love this plugin so much and the support team are 100%. The Best i have ever deal with. Got my custom requirement done at Additional development cost, as I do not expect any Good thing for free and I am very HAPPY with the delivered item.

Very very good customer support! Very professional and everything was made as it should. I'm So glad for the help i needed, for my custom template.

I only gave 4 stars because one fundamental thing is missing: the customer is free to order prints of any size and an infinite number of prints on the same product and the price remains unchanged.

This app looks really cool and appears to do what I need it to do unfortunately, it didn't work as described. Customer service was very quick to respond but offered little help. I was able to sort through and fix the issue and got it working. It comes with a free trial and so far I must say it's a good app.

This was not a good experience. I installed the app and reached out to the company of for assistance to get it functioning properly. The communication was very generic. Did not solve any of my issues. So I canceled it. Someone personally reached out and said they would help so I gave them another shot. I was charged $29.99 for the product after 3 days still no results and back to the generic answers so I canceled again. Don't waste your time with this app.

I wish I could say something good about this app and the seller but I have had nothing but issues and frustration dealing with this. I'm not sure why some people can't be honest? Before I bought this app I asked the seller/designer if this App would allow us to do special features on our site (I sent pictures and examples so he could fully understand my request) and his reply was YES. Almost 2 weeks later he says oh you don't know what transparent images are so you need a designer to help you or pay us $1000 to help you. Ummmm, sounds like a SCAM to me. This seller is unprofessional, has broken English and in my opinion was out to get my money. If you can't do something just say NO, don't try to prolong the 7 day trial to get people's money. I will be contacting my bank and canceling this terrible order. Learn ethics!

We tested this app and have to say it's really good but the problem we found is if a customer wanted more than one item in a certain size they had to completely re-design the item each time to add it to the basket.

For a single purchase it's excellent.

My advice to the developers would be to either have a back button so the design is still saved and customers can add more sizes, or add to the basket but make the page stay on the product customizer page and no go to the cart each time.

Update: Altaf was very helpful and got back to me with a solution but sadly at a cost of $1000 one off and then $24.99 a Month it was a little out of price range.

Nice little app if you only need one product and one size for a customer to design.

Pre-sale questions sounded like the sky is the limit, but unfortunately it is the app that is limited. It's still a nice app and I love the ability to download in svg, but lacking the ability to change the background color and color of the png image is detrimental to what we offer, so it was not a good fit for us.
