Great help desk... Got great assistance in setting up. Technically competent support and knew the complex answers. We go from boxes to pallets to 21 zones with different packaging and shipping requirements, and it works exactly how it's advertised.

Min has been extremely responsive and really quick to get work done! Would recommend if you have specific complicated shipping requirements!

Min's software was the only viable solution to exclude certain products from counting towards shipping charges. Min also stepped up and helped with implementation and was quick & efficient.

I sell both retail and wholesale from my store and have pretty complex shipping requirements with respect to total cart amount, domestic vs international destinations, free and discounted shipping, product variants, and more. After searching for months and being completely frustrated, I found this app and I am simply blown away. It solved 100% of my problems. It seemed complex at first and it took me a little bit of time to understand the rules engine but after that, it was simply an amazing experience.
