This app is seriously awesome!

We have very specific shipping rates for certain products. This app has allowed us to provide these specific rates and a few other shipping use cases.

Some programming knowledge is required to use this but it is mostly basic php functions and arrays.

If you have shipping requirements that don't fit in a basic rate table or real time carrier shipping this is the app for you.

Fabulous app and amazing support. One of the best apps I have ever used. It does exactly what it says it does and does it well. Well deserved 5 stars.

Best app and service on the market

Bespoke shipping is an incredible app that has greatly enhanced our fulfillment process both internally and from a customer-facing perspective. Our company has fairly complicated shipping needs, but Bespoke Shipping is up to the task. Not only does the app work very well, but Min provides the most excellent customer support. Min always responds quickly and adds custom code to our app whenever it is needed.

I was recommended this app during our launch phase and reached out to support to have some of our complex shipping requirements addressed. Min responded very quickly and has provided top-notch information and support through the entire process. Will continue to test the product volume based algorithm and it's accuracy but Min has already addressed some potential work-arounds if the generic algorithm is not working for our use-case.

Just coming back to give update. Been using this app across all Shopify stores since we started. Never looked back. It is very customizable and powerful. There is a wizard to setup for standard needs, and if you need something not offered in the wizard, then you can dig into the PHP macro editor and do pretty much anything you need. Every single time I have reached out to support over the years, its always been the best support from any Shopify App. I am not one to leave many reviews, but thats how much I value this app.

What a fabulous app! One of the best finds in the App Store and excellent value for money. Support is fabulous and super quick. The Bespoke Shipping developers are a pleasure to deal with and no question or query is too much trouble. Thanks for producing such a value packed app with brilliant service levels to boot. Couldn't recommend more highly - from one very impressed customer!

excellent service !! since we do have several shipping rates the one or the other are not matching together. It only took some emails to customize the app. Great service and best wishes to Min !!

I was having a terrible time trying to get shipping sorted for my store and I did not understand it at all. I downloaded this app and everything was sorted. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew their job. Min was amazing and so helpful every step of the way. I received the best support in setting my shipping up and I would highly recommend Bespoke Shipping to anyone that is needing help with shipping.

I haven't reviewed many apps on Shopify because I end up not using the apps for very long because they don't meet my needs. I have been using Bespoke Shipping for over a year and it's awesome. Yes, I paid to have the Bespoke team write all the code for my very complex and unique shipping situation (we ship frozen items and the amount of dry ice we use varies based on where we are shipping it and how many items the customer orders). I thought the price was VERY reasonable and each time I want additional logic or customizations added in, they are either a free simple change or a low cost more complicated change. There is nothing that Bespoke can't handle for your complicated shipping scenarios. Haven't found a single other app that solves our unique business scenarios.

Absolutely the only shipping app that would handle our complex shipping criteria. Relatively easy to configure once you take the time to understand how it works. And when you come up against a challenge, the support from Min was incredible. Weekday, Saturday, Sunday, support when we needed it. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We've been using the app for 4 years now and needed some support in making alterations and Min was fantastic, best app support I have ever dealt with.
