Bespoke Shipping

We struggled with shipping since starting on Shopify, and we finally have a solid solution. A big THANKS to Min for getting this handled quickly, thoroughly and professionally. I would highly recommend this app if you have any complexity in your shipping needs, or you have some items that need a specific per product shipping rate.

Amazing app. We have been using it for over 5 years and have never had any issues. Min is very responsive to answer questions and make tweaks. It's the perfect app to customize your shipping rates.

This app was a lifesaver. We needed a custom change that wasn't built into the app to make our delivery charges subject to the delivery date chosen, so we emailed Min who helped us through the process. I am not a php programmer, but the guide and example provided by Min made it simple for us to create a zip-code, delivery date, and time-ordered dependent solution. You DO have to put in some time to make it work, but we're extremely happy with the results!

We have been working with Bespoke Shipping for over 5 years now and I can't rave about their services enough! Min is always responds promptly, understands our business needs and makes very complex shipping solutions easy!

Before giving this app a fair try, I thought that all these 5-star reviews were fake. However, after installing the app and getting it configured, now I am leaving a 5-star review myself.

However, I should warn casual users: this is not a trivial app. It is not something you install and "it just works." The UI is actually a PHP code editor. You'll need your own PHP-based config file.

Fortunately, the developer is extremely helpful and responsive. He helped me get up and running quickly. He provided my initial PHP config file. As I said -- awesome support!

I also learned a little PHP syntax myself. This allowed me to put my exact shipping needs into action with the help of this app. It is very powerful. And it works seamlessly.

This app significantly improved my store's shipping!

If you have shipping limitations and are using the Shopify platform, I am confident in saying there is no better app to at least try. We have a quite complex range of shipping rates, that would have taken hours to create in the normal Shopify dashboard.

In addition we have particular products that have to be shipped at different rates, something that Shopify can't do at all.

This app sorted it easily.

Note that the interface is a page of php code, which could be off-putting for some. However the fact that you can edit the code is exactly what makes this app so useful - it's vastly quicker and more flexible than using the Shopify interface.

Even if you have no experience with php, it's not hard to make small changes like adding a country or adjusting a price. And if you're familiar with javascript, or messing around with Shopify liquid code, you won't have any trouble understanding the if/else statements.

I should add that the developer Min did the initial set up - wrote and installed all the code for our different rates, and quickly corrected a small mistake.
