The level of support was exceptional. Min helped us set up all our rates after I had some trouble doing it myself. Mins communication was excellent and timely and took the time to answer all of our questions. This completely took the stress out of setting up our new delivery system and rates. Highly recommend this app, I still cant believe they did all this for us!

Five stars hands down. Our ecommerce site has been operating without an effective drop Shipping configuration. We tried another app and it couldn't deliver what we needed. Min guided us through the entire process and made it easy to understand. Min stayed the course and I greatly appreciate it the results are exactly what we had hoped to achieve.

Wow - searched for a long time to find an app to rate shipping and give customers reliable delivery dates. This app is more technical than others but has endless possibilities and the developer is there with you every step of the way. By far an away the best solution out there.

This app is simply awesome, I tried some similar apps (which were good I had no issue with them or their support teams) but this app is for both novicies and crazy power users like myself. The ability to craft a script tailored to you personal needs with proper AND/OR rulesets allows for almost unlimited possibilities, I've not played with their Macro tool yet as the Wizard system allows me to do what I need. Min at MZL has been a great help answering my questions regarding rule logic, I'm not sure if Min sleeps as I get answers almost instantly at all times. 6 out of 5 stars for this app. :)

Best app and service on the market

Fantastic app and even better support! It's very flexible in terms of shipping requirements, and our app was up and running in a matter of hours thanks to Min. Would highly recommend.

After emailing Min my request for a customization to his App, he immediately sent back the solution - and it worked perfectly right away. I could not give a higher review for any App or developer!

I downloaded the app, but was still having trouble getting my particular situation to work. So, I emailed Bespoke, and Min responded (within 10 min). Min ended up spending over an hour going back and forth with me on email, only to fix all of my shipping problems WITHOUT THE NEED FOR BESPOKE (apparently, my situation could be resolved with a clever work-around in Shopify).

If you have custom shipping requirements, THIS is the app for you! Works seamlessly and they are easy to deal with and very quick in providing solutions. Great find!

This app is legit. The way that it opens up a macro is pretty sweet and the docs are very clear as to what it can and cannot do: anyone with some PHP knowledge can make most things happen and if you don't then Min can do it for you. He is extremely responsive, courteous, and professional.
