Just installed this app. Works great and customer service was fantastic. Helped every step of the way to make sure the app was installed and working correctly.

Bespoke Shipping is a very powerful way to set up your ship rates. Our products are drop shipped from suppliers located in multiple locations across the US, with disparate shipping providers. We therefore, are unable to use a standard shipping application. Bespoke can handle our unique situation because it provides the ability for complete customization. Through a detailed line of questioning, Min understood our needs and was able to offer up a solution. Min is very responsive, replies within 24 business hours and even programmed the rules for our business. Thank you Min! Bespoke also enabled us to easily sync up our unique ship rates with Google feed, an important driver of our business, in an easy to manage process. We've been using Bespoke since 2014 and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend!

Amazing app. We have been using it for over 5 years and have never had any issues. Min is very responsive to answer questions and make tweaks. It's the perfect app to customize your shipping rates.

As the majority of the other reviews indicate, the support you receive with this app is astonishing. If you have shipping limitations and are using the Shopify platform, I am confident in saying there is no better app to at least try. Bespoke shipping is an incredible app that has greatly enhanced our fulfillment process both internally and from a customer-facing perspective. Our company has fairly complicated shipping needs, but Bespoke Shipping is up to the task. Not only does the app work very well, but Min provides the most excellent customer support. Min always responds quickly and adds custom code to our app whenever it is needed.

I was recommended this app during our launch phase and reached out to support to have some of our complex shipping requirements addressed. Min responded very quickly and has provided top-notch information and support through the entire process. Will continue to test the product volume based algorithm and it's accuracy but Min has already addressed some potential work-arounds if the generic algorithm is not working for our use-case.

Just coming back to give update. Been using this app across all Shopify stores since we started. Never looked back. It is very customizable and powerful. There is a wizard to setup for standard needs, and if you need something not offered in the wizard, then you can dig into the PHP macro editor and do pretty much anything you need. Every single time I have reached out to support over the years, its always been the best support from any Shopify App. I am not one to leave many reviews, but thats how much I value this app.

Absolutely the only shipping app that would handle our complex shipping criteria. Relatively easy to configure once you take the time to understand how it works. And when you come up against a challenge, the support from Min was incredible. Weekday, Saturday, Sunday, support when we needed it. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
