I just wanted to take a moment to thank Min at Bespoke shipping. We have store that sells a living product, so our shipping is inherently tricky. I wasn't sure we would ever be able to get our store to a place where shipping wasn't a constant headache. I started researching different apps available via Shopify and Bespoke kind of stood out from the pack. Min is one of the most wonderful developers out there-- Min is fast, smart and understands the needs of a small business. Very happy we stumbled onto this app and we'll happily be Bespoke customers for as long as our store is active. Thank you Min for your unparalleled customer service.

Min is a BOSS!! I had probably one of the most complicated shipping integrations someone could have 1000's of zip codes and they worked with me getting it integrated on my product pages and it now runs perfect. I am not a person who leaves a lot of reviews either it has to be great and they went above and beyond! thanks!

Really powerful app - I'm migrating from another platform that had much more robust shipping and thought I'd never be able to get my shipping set up the way I wanted it. I've got postcode zones, free shipping thresholds, discounted rates, weight threshholds, and more. Min helped me to get this working exactly the way I wanted it, helped troubleshoot and generally acheived what I thought was going to be impossible. Highly recommend, and thanks to Min for all the patience :)

GREAT SUPPORT! KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE! This is the only app on the shopify app store that allows shipping customization on this level for such a reasonable price. I had trouble with the way my options were displaying so I contacted support and they did a great job finding the issue and helping me solve it in a matter of hours. I WOULD recommend it.

Nothing is impossible, if you know what you want to acheive this app can do it. Seriously though you will need to have a clear understanding of what you are trying to setup because there mutiple ways of acheiving the same thing, so its best to start with a clear plan. The Wizard is easy to use, the user guides offer plenty of detail that helps build understanding without being too complex and should you need it the email support is first class always very helpful. In all honesty its feels like stealing its so cheap relative to what it offers, we pay a lot more for other apps that aren't half as well built and have a lot more limitations.

This app is extremely powerful and Min is an absolute legend! Selling plants, we have very complex shipping rules. We tried and tested a few other apps but Bespoke Shipping is the only app that is truly configurable for a range of rules. Due to our complexities, I did need Min's help to work out the best configuration and it's honestly the best experience I've had with an app developer on any platform. He's quick, committed, helpful, patient and switched on. Just nothing else to say other than I'm super impressed with the power of the app and Min in equal measure - 100% recommend!

Amazing app. All the other shipping apps don't have the flexibility that coding does and that's very limiting in most cases, as well as giving you work arounds for solutions instead of a straight one.

You can achieve a lot with this app and would definitely recommend it if you have some coding experience. Unfortunately we've decided to change our shipping policies and we no longer have the need for the app, but I was able to do a lot of testing and it always worked like I intended.

I have a complicated shipping in my country its a matter of doing regionalization shipping and tagging. Min is so knowledgable, super attentive, even on weekends Min replies back to me if i have questions. Hi Bespoke Management you are doing a good job with your support! This app, and the support you get with it, are nothing short of incredible. We use this app with shopify plus to be able to offer pickup and ‘split’ shipments with additional rules that just aren’t possible with the shopify OOTB multi-origin shipping functionality. Shopify OOTB will only display those pickup locations which have ALL items available in that location - with Bespoke and some custom code from our developers, we can now display pickup locations which have SOME of the items in a customer's cart and simply enable the customer to remove the unavailable item(s) so they can proceed with placing an order for items that are in a location close to them. Before we would 'lose the whole sale' because their closest location that had all their items, was hundreds (if not thousands) of kilometres away.
We’re also using this app to apply a myriad of rules on shipping fees displayed to customers, based on a combination of weights, box size and both shipping and sending locations/countries – AND with various carriers. To be honest it’s pretty eyewatering the amount that we use this app for – there are lots of third-party suppliers that do the same for ten times the price, if not more. And the time and quality of responses to queries is phenomenal – Min – you rock!!!
Definitely an app I would recommend to everyone (and will continue to do).
