App can be a little overwhelming to use but that's only because it allows you to do everything and anything! App support has been super helpful and quick to respond - shout outs to Min!

He's accommodated a ton of custom requests for our business, and has been incredibly fair with his custom development rates. Can't recommend him enough, great app, great support!

Bespoke Shipping is a very powerful way to set up your ship rates. Our products are drop shipped from suppliers located in multiple locations across the US, with disparate shipping providers. We therefore, are unable to use a standard shipping application. Bespoke can handle our unique situation because it provides the ability for complete customization. Through a detailed line of questioning, Min understood our needs and was able to offer up a solution. Min is very responsive, replies within 24 business hours and even programmed the rules for our business. Thank you Min! Bespoke also enabled us to easily sync up our unique ship rates with Google feed, an important driver of our business, in an easy to manage process. We've been using Bespoke since 2014 and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend!

If you have a little programming experience, this app allows you to freely manage any aspect of shipping rates. In addition, the developer is very helpful, I asked him for help and he always answered quickly, setting the app in a single day according to my needs. I recommend it!

Amazing app! If you know a little about coding it is very easy to figure out. It allows for very customizable shipping rates, which is extremely lacking in Shopify. Thank you so much for making this app. It has saved us a lot of headache. Now we just need a similar app for payment methods.
