Bespoke Shipping

Lots of variables available and the team are amazing at creating solutions for difficult shipping situations, highly recommend they are friendly and professional, definitely the best app for CSV shipping rates.

Used this for over 3 years and we have absolutely no complaints. It's so good that I had forgotten it exists in my backend. Does its job perfectly.

So much you can do with this app! We don't even use 10% of the functionality and still so happy with it.

There is no way any other app would work so well for our shipping needs through Shopify and the customer service is beyond our wildest expectations. Our shipping rules are a little complex and the app does exactly what we need it to do. It accurately presents shipping pricing for our customers for UPS, FEDEX and all those great USPS Flat Rate and Reduced Rate A and B boxes. Thanks again.

Amazing app, found it when I first began and haven't stopped since, it helps me calculate accurate rates for my customers, integrate my various couriers into one platform and create complex groupings based on my business needs. The app is great and does all it says it does, but the true value is in the level of support. Over the 18 months or more we've been using this app I've requested large updates to it's functionality 3 times and every time the updates of custom code were completed within a few days. Awesome service and great communication. 5 stars well deserved

Can't say enough great things about this app and the support. Solved major rate issues, customer service is incredible, great set-up and support.

1. We needed an app that would show rates based on customer tags only, and this was the only one I could find. All others wouldn't work because it also used addresses or names, but this didn't work if you had a customer account shipping to multiple addresses. Bespoke had a perfect solution for this that integrated with existing Shopify rates so my set-up was minimal.
2) Min is the most patient, communicative, and helpful person in the world -- walked me through my dev set up, then prod set up, troubleshot back and forth on countless emails and helped me get exactly where I needed to go. If you're wondering why every review says this, it's because it's actually true!
