Bespoke Shipping

Lots of variables available and the team are amazing at creating solutions for difficult shipping situations, highly recommend they are friendly and professional, definitely the best app for CSV shipping rates.

Great so far. Min Liu responded quickly to configuration questions and helped us get setup with product specific shipping that wasn't possible with Shopify's built in capabilities.

Update 1/28: We had changed our shipping setup for a few months and stopped using this app but again have found a need to get some custom rates setup. Min is the best and helped us get going super quick with the new logic we needed. If you have custom shipping requirements, this is the way to go!

I had a very specific shipping requirement and Min responded quickly to my request. I was thrilled that he was able to write the code I needed and now my shipping works exactly as I want! One of the best value apps on the app store, and the only shipping app we're aware of that allowed us to build custom logic with code which is exactly what we required given the complex nature of our shipping rules. Support is also very good, with quick and helpful replies.

Hallelujah!!! If you have any shipping problem whatsoever, Min and this app are probably your solution. We had an issue neither Shopify or other apps like Better Shipping could or wanted to solve. Min quickly responded to our request and was easily able to completely customize our rates (set a flat rate per product, per quantity, per country across all our products). He's the best!!!

Update: a few years into using Bespoke and it still works great, support is amazing and now that we have learned to do our own adjustments we are even happier than we have ever been....see below.....

There is no way any other app would work so well for our shipping needs through Shopify and the customer service is beyond our wildest expectations. Our shipping rules are a little complex and the app does exactly what we need it to do. It accurately presents shipping pricing for our customers for UPS, FEDEX and all those great USPS Flat Rate and Reduced Rate A and B boxes. Thanks again.
