I am delighted with this app, and the support from Min. I have not had any issues with it at all since installed. The added bonus for me was that the process of writing down and submitting my shipping charge methodology highlighted the complexity of what I was doing, and caused me to have another think about certain areas.

The result being that as well as absolutely fulfilling the requirements I had to calculate shipping for my Shopify store, I also managed to simplify the whole process for myself as well.

Amending the charge rates when the courier companies change their rates is straightforward enough and in my view, can be done yourself, if you are changing the structure of how you charge though, then that is a little more complex.

Works great. Really powerful app for shipping.

You do need to know a little php or have someone who does help you out to get it set up.

You also need to have "Real Time Carrier Rates" enabled. This functionality comes free with the $279 a month Shopify plan. Or it comes free with the $79 a month plan if you make it an annual subscription and ask Shopify support to enable "Real Time Carrier Rates" - at least as of July 21, 2017.

I have a complicated shipping in my country its a matter of doing regionalization shipping and tagging. Min is so knowledgable, super attentive, even on weekends Min replies back to me if i have questions. Hi Bespoke Management you are doing a good job with your support! You should give Min a raise for a job well done! Thank you!

Unbelievable support. I can't recommend the app or Min highly enough. If you have shipping rules that are unsupported by Shopify, Bespoke is the gold standard and should be your go to. We had no PHP experience on staff and were still up and running in just a few days. Thank you, Min!!!

I am a shopify newbie, everything seems daunting.

Shipping was a nightmare for me.

Two emails to Min and a couple days later. My shipping is fixed. He customized it for me for a small fee. Min has allowed me to ship from 2 fulfillment centers (Printful and from my own bricks and mortar store).

This app, and the support you get with it, are nothing short of incredible. We use this app with shopify plus to be able to offer pickup and ‘split’ shipments with additional rules that just aren’t possible with the shopify OOTB multi-origin shipping functionality. Shopify OOTB will only display those pickup locations which have ALL items available in that location - with Bespoke and some custom code from our developers, we can now display pickup locations which have SOME of the items in a customer's cart and simply enable the customer to remove the unavailable item(s) so they can proceed with placing an order for items that are in a location close to them. Before we would 'lose the whole sale' because their closest location that had all their items, was hundreds (if not thousands) of kilometres away.
We’re also using this app to apply a myriad of rules on shipping fees displayed to customers, based on a combination of weights, box size and both shipping and sending locations/countries – AND with various carriers. To be honest it’s pretty eyewatering the amount that we use this app for – there are lots of third-party suppliers that do the same for ten times the price, if not more. And the time and quality of responses to queries is phenomenal – Min – you rock!!!
Definitely an app I would recommend to everyone (and will continue to do).

Excellent App ! I would say one of the best among "shipping apps", requires some knowledge of php. As soon as you get the logic behind the app you can have unlimited variations for shipping.
