Great customer support from Min and very powerful app.

This is one of the most flexible and intuitive custom shipping solutions on the market for Shopify! Our developers have been able to easily create custom shipping rules for wholesale customers, custom filters for shipping services, and free shipping promotions for orders over a certain dollar amount. However, where this app really shines is in their CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have reached out to one of their developers, Min Liu, multiple times and he is always very quick to reply and knows exactly what he is doing. This level of customer service is very rare these days, and it is truly priceless. Thank you BeSpoke Shipping!!

Before using Custom Shipping Rates, I read the reviews and had to see what all the fuss was about.

I sent the the developer an email with exactly what I needed before I purchased it (no other app could do it) and (within 30 minutes) they simply confirmed what I needed while giving me exact instructions on achieving it.

Love this app - Min is phenomena! Extremely responsive to every request (and I had a lot of questions and specific needs) and was able to come up with a solution every time.

Do yourself a favor and have Min handle the set-up. Cost is extremely reasonable and well worth it. Don't let the php scare you. I was concerned about maintenance, but after set-up, Min provided step-by-step instructions that make it super-easy to maintain and update.

This was the only app that could meet all of my needs, and I am extremely happy with the results!

This app is really amazing. Through the wizard you can set up shipping rules using every possible filter and variable you can imagine like postal codes, time of day, order value and much much more. If you somehow need more complicated rules than the Wizard can provide, then you have the macro editor where you can build your own custom rules using php code. The support is excellent and very responsive. Highly recommended app.

Min has done some amazing work with this app. Since we deal with a lot of custom-sized products, calculating accurate shipping prices has always been a pain. We had a long and complicated document detailing our shipping cost formulas and Min was able to implement all of it fairly quickly for a very reasonable price. There were a few bugs that cropped up (which we expected due to our complex rules) but they were promptly addressed. Highly recommended!

Amazing app! If you know a little about coding it is very easy to figure out. It allows for very customizable shipping rates, which is extremely lacking in Shopify. Thank you so much for making this app. It has saved us a lot of headache. Now we just need a similar app for payment methods.
