This app and the support from the crew have been a lifesaver for us! So simple but so effective in allowing you to take control and customise your shipping charges into several postcode zones while also setting free shipping protocols according to price and weight simultaneously. And prompt replies for support too - they even go the extra mile and let you know of any other potential problems with your configurations (they found a couple of my silly errors before they became a problem for me!)

Very happy with the App. The App allowed us to add lots of customized rates with easy to use setup Wizards. Plus great, fast customer service! We'd already installed and had received responses to our initial setup questions with the app publisher before some of the other apps we'd looked at even replied to let us know they'd received our initial inquiry into their apps. We've been using the app now for about 2 months and right on point, easy to understand, hand written (not automated) support replies come back very quickly. We couldn't be more happy with this app and the support we've received.

Amazing app. Enables you to set up shipping exactly how you want it. There is a learning curve! But once you get the hang of it you'll be loving it. So many integrations for live rates. Super fair price too. Stop looking at other more expensive and less capable apps - This is the one to use.

The services with this App is amazing. Not only did they set up a lot of complicated shipping rates, with weight and complex zoning but they have been so quick to respond and easy to deal with 10/10!!!

UPDATE: The support answered and provided all the details we needed. We appreciate it. We will provide more detailed review after setup and testing. For now, we are not satisfied with the support. We tried to contact it during our trial period, but there is no reply. Can someone help with our questions? Thank you.

I highly recommend this app for those need special shipping conditions for their shop. The developer is AWESOME!!! He's been very helpful with any questions or concerns with the app. If I could give more stars I would!

I was very limited by the Shopify settings for shipping and needed something to integrate with my wholesale side. This does this trick... it's not perfect because of Shopify limitations but it is worth it. I cannot say enough about Min's amazing customer service...the only person I've encountered in all the apps I've purchased who is completely responsive and helpful.

I have complicated delivery calculations and had been using another app for years that just wouldn’t meet my needs. I then stumbled across this app and it can do everything I’ve ever wanted, and more.
