This is a fantastic app. Yes, it's more technical than others, but once it all makes sense it's really powerful. It's great in conjunction with Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery. I have been able to connect Bespoke Shipping directly in Shopify as a carrier calculated shipping service, and use rules to stop it display rates for pickup and delivery. Fantastic. I have contacted support once and Min was quick to respond and helpful.

We have some complicated shipping scenarios that we need handled through our website, and this app has been able to accommodate all of our needs. Min has been incredibly helpful (and patient!) in assisting me with getting everything set up, and I can't thank him enough. If you have products that ship LTL, this is the app you need!

Deserves an "App Oscar". This app raises the bar, spent 1000s elsewhere on this platform for a pile of junk and programmers attitude. This firm gets it!
You have access to the code within Shopify, code which is surprisingly easy to understand and edit, but pay for set up, best $$ you will ever spend, you ask for options that you just dreamt of for years in e-commerce and it is "sure, I can do that". Awesome in every respect

Min went above and beyond to set up our very specific (and complicated) shipping rules for specific customer groups. His communication was on point and shockingly quick. If you have complex shipping rates or just need help with this app, they are there for you and treat you like a VIP. We tried 6 shipping apps before this and none would work correctly.
