Honestly one of the best apps/add-ons I've used in my near 10 years of shopify. Brilliantly versatile, but if there ever has been a question, refinement, adjustment I've been curious about, the customer support from Min has been nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgable, always quick to reply and suggest viable ways of achieving what I'm thinking. Understanding and patient when I perhaps don't describe things very well with my somewhat limited knowledge at the best of times. Just makes the shipping side of things work how it should, and exactly how you want it to work, something very lacking in the basic shopify shipping configurations to say the least.
