Easy to use product. Great support. Tried multi discount apps this was certainly the best option.
was looking for an app where I could do price breaks by volume and this fit the bill. The app didn't work with my theme but within 12 hours of sending in a note to customer service they had configured everything to work w my store. V satisfied so far.
Top banana. It's a solid product - we installed and tested 5 different apps offering same or similar functionality on the different sites we run, this app doesn't have the best interface and isn't the cheapest but it did prove to be the fastest and most reliable. Developer was attentive during install / testing and when we hit a snag.
App is aestethic and simple to use. There was a compatibilty issue with a Product Options app, and Rahul sorted out the problem for me. Customer Service was above and beyond as Rahul wrote up some code allowing me to display the lowest wholesale price on the Collection page. Very important in my opinion when dealing with wholesale customers. Rahul will work with you to make you happy and that is very important to me so I will be sticking with this app as my store grows.
The team at Anncode are by far the most attentive developers i have worked with. Any issues are always resolved very quickly and even custom coding work was well priced. If you are looking for a discounting app that does it all. Use the Anncode solution
This app and the developers are singlehandedly the best company I have worked with in the last seven years of working in Shopify. They are responsive and will help you accomplish what you want. We have some pretty unique requirements and they are able to implement all them in their app! I would highly recommend this app!
We have been using the highest level plan of this app to assist our staff in checking out wholesale customers via POS at our retail, physical store.
It took a fair amount of set up to get this in place. We programmed the discount rules by collection and it constantly drops the collections we assign to the rules, which means that when wholesale customers are trying to pay in person at our POS terminals that nothing happens and discounts have to be figured manually in front of retail customers (not a good look).
Also, if you add new products to your collections you have to manually reconfigure the set up of the rules, which was taking me about 45 minutes of each work day.
This instability of this app has made coworkers lose faith in my ability to keep things running smoothly at checkout. Customer service was great at first, promises were made and I was told it was fixed (it hasn’t been fixed yet). After my last help chat the developer 'helping' decided to make everything in our store 30% off online as an automatic discount that all customers could see and didn't tell me (we had to match advertised prices that I had no knowledge of). It very easily could have cost me my job and my last message to customer service has gone ignored.
I have had to personally checkout every wholesale customer by hand with a calculator for the past two weeks.
It was a wonderful solution at first, but instability and lack of concern for how that instability affects our day to day operations has left us looking for another solution.

We looked at about 20 tier pricing apps and tried out at least 5 of them.
This was the only one that contained 90% of what we were looking for just straight out of the box.
We had a few tweaks that needed to be implemented which Anncode was able to complete for us for a reasonable fee.
