I have worked with CustomCat for over a year and I cannot imagine working with a different provider. I started off as a hater due to a few hiccups, but through exceptional Customer Service, I have been converted to a true fan.
CustomCat has created a Facebook Group that connects POD sellers with a group of like-minded sellers and CustomCat staff. The staff resolves issues, educates the community and works to identify possible company weaknesses with the intent of providing better products and services.
Since CustomCat creates all the products I sell and does not outsource any of the production aspects of their business, there is never a question of quality, turnaround time, bundling shipping discounts or who to contact.
For me, when working with CustomCat I feel like I have received all the benefits of a big, all inclusive POD provider but with the benefit of working with a small business who knows my needs.
With CustomCat I have found a business that is mutually invested in my success, offers a product catalog that allows me to build a profitable business, and who hears me when I speak.

I have to call out Joshua Turkin who saved the day. I have been struggling for months and watched many, many tutorials. Some of us learn differently and it's extremely frustrating to adapt to the "New Normal". I was ready to walk away from the entire business until I found Joshua. It takes a special person to understand the different needs of customers. You are lucky to have him. If it wasn't for him, I would have given up on the entire process. Thank you Josh. I can't put in words what your patience and dedication mean to me. You restored my faith in humanity.
As a new owner of a Shopify store, I have had a few challenges along the way. Order fulfillment via CustomCat HAS NOT been one of them. Any time I have an order issue, CustomCat has been able to assist in resolving it. One of the exceptional customer service representative is MB. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend CustomCat for your print on demand needs.
I've been with Custom Cat since 2018 and absolutely love them. Over the years, I've seen the quality of their prints go up exponentially. The new Digisoft decoration method is out of this world and and absolute game changer. I can't recommend them enough. And sure, they've made a few mistakes over the years, but they've been super quick to resolve them and their customer service team has been so attentive to us.
If you're looking for a POD that has exceptional quality AND a wide assortment of activewear, then Custom Cat is it.
We wish the customer service would answer questions that were asked. Here were the three questions that we asked the last time:
1) read somewhere that says that shipping rates to Canada have changed. Correct?
2) In one of your tutorial videos, it says you [MUST] have a US return address. How is that going to work for non-US-based companies like ours (we are in Canada)?
3) We also find that the "Design Library" within Customcat is rather limiting. Same as mockup options. Can one make the designs from say "Placeit" and have the designs imported into Customcat directly?
The following is the triggered long-winded corporate sermon received, providing an answer to a question that wasn't asked. When we told them we were disappointed that they didn't answer any of the questions asked. We received no further response. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time an answer was provided to a question that wasn't asked.
"We don't return items for fail deliveries outside of the USA.
"If you are operating your business outside the United States of America or do not wish to receive any returns to your address, please enter our address in your app settings:
"1300 Rosa Parks Blvd.
Detroit, MI 48216
"If a package is returned to CustomCat, for whatever reason including being undeliverable, it will be donated upon receipt. We will not be contacting you if your customer returns a package for any reason. No package should ever be returned, by your customer, to our fulfillment center.
"Our receiving department is here to get the blank product on the floor for decoration. We are not the intermediary between the customer and the seller so be sure to update your FAQs, return policies, etc. Your customers should never ship their decorated orders back to Detroit for any reason. It is very important that you reform your store's Return Policy. Any arrangements for returns, or exchanges, consistent to your posted policies on your websites, need to be handled between the buyer and the seller.
"We understand the importance of having a variety of options available for designing products and creating mockups, and we appreciate your feedback.
"To address your concern, many merchants use third-party applications such as Placeit.net and Smartmockups.com to create product mockups. After creating the products, you can update them at any time within your ecommerce back end in the products section."
Mike in customer service really walked me through my store settings and got me taken care of with disconnecting the pro version. He was awesome! Also shout out to JT. thanks for helping out as well.

However, it would be great if there is LIVE SUPPORT to cut short the waiting time. TIA :)
customer service is awesome and their customer service is even better. And that's the only reason you need to join. This is a great app to use for your online store.
I downloaded the Customcat app to my shopify store, once my account was set up and activated I had some issues with getting to the design and product catalog pages. I gave customer service a call and the phone was answered right away by Brett one of the customer service agents. I was shocked the call was answered in two rings. Brett was great, helped fix the issue and gave me a lot of great advice on how to use their service. I will be selling various items using Customcat fulfillment. Great job so far!
