It's my first time using this platform as customer service manager. CustomCat platform works smoothly for me, so far in my experience. The team are pretty responsive, delays happen but I totally understand and it's valid for me, coming from someone in customer service sector. I have wide flexibility in applying available features according to various scenarios. The management also has very considerate replacement and refund policies.

I use multiple dtg production and fulfillment companies for my store but, I recently needed embroidery and on performance polos for a particular customer. I decided to give CustomCat a try because their range of performance products is very good. I ordered a shirt for myself as a test case but, also had a customer purchase one at the same time. Both arrived and not only are the shirts good quality (Adidas® ) the embroidery is great! I have since ordered other items and so far, no issues with the products or printing or embroidery.

I've been with CustomCat since 2017. Lot of product lines. Great support and helpful customer service. They valued each customer feedback, willing to make a change in order to increase their service. They are a great company to partner with.
