I am a newbie to custom cat and I enjoy using it but when there was a cliche I reached out for help and was lucky to have josh turkin I received a quick response to my emails and solving the issue was even faster thankyou josh turkin for making this newbie feel at home with the custom cat family!

I have not started selling but CustomCat has already earned all my sympathy. Great products, great mockups and the best support team I have seen for a long long time. I just miss the possibility of keeping products ready to upload or edit, and an easier shipping setup. Still, I have checked many POD apps and this is the best by far for me. Just go for it.

I think CustomCat are great. Shipping and fulfilment is fast and customer service respond when I need help. Very reasonable prices as well - keep up the great work :)

Great customer service.
Called up customer service, since I had issues with my order not appearing in CustomCat. I ended up talking to Mike from customer service and he was more than great. He solved all the problems I had and answered all my questions as well.
There was no issue reaching their phone, like other people state there is. Most of their low reviews are mostly because the people who left them, were too quick to jump to action and conclusions.
They're more than great and offer so much more, than most other print companies. Great service and prices.
