I just called customer service to ask a question about my 1st purchase on my Shopify store (yah). He explained everything clearly and showed me how the check the status of on order inside the Customcat app, and I was able to see my order, the tracking number, the base cost, and the shipping fees. I am very happy I decided to go with Customcat than one of those "other" fulfillment partners

I just called Custom Cat because I placed an order for myself that is over two weeks old. I spoke with Brett and learned that the mistake was mine because I had the wrong settings activated.
