Wish I could give them more, but twice now they have sent garments out with nothing on them. Another garment was sent out with a hole and no replacement shirt to be sent out. Customers ordered black shirts with a black print or a dark ash shirt with black print, and instead of letting anyone know there was a problem, they send it out blank and say you would not see the ink. Weird, because I have printed many black on blacks and people love them. Weird that they would not contact you with an issue, then just send the customer a blank shirt, TWICE. Then, no refund, they just tell you to remove the product and quit selling. All the rest I am liking, but we just can't get over the fact that they would send two of our customers a blank shirt and act like the ink is there but you can't see it because it is black on black. These three issues have come about within selling 30 or less shirts.

Do not recommend. The jobs are inconsistent and customer service is trash. If you do reach out to customer service, be prepared to be sat in the queue. They DO NOT respond in a timely manner. Jobs will come back with graphics in the wrong spot, too small or the ink colors already faded or not consistent with your actual design.

The app works very well. The customer service responding all your questions. The 2-3 business days is more than that but 7-10 days is still fine.

CustomCat really works very badly. An order of more than 1 month does not ship. When contacting support is only answered through the loudspeaker, there is no responsibility. Continuing to ship orders but after more than a week still not shipping orders. In addition, continually deduct 2 times for each order while the system records once, asking support is shirking responsibility.
Indeed, CustomCat is too bad, too disappointing about how it works and supported.

Product after product with issues. Colors nowhere close to submitted artwork, prints off center. 7 of 8 items on last order were flawed. Customer service is slow-to-non-existant. Made me jump through hoop after hoop and each time they admitted the print was sub par. Still argue about refunding me. No longer worth the effort. I only wish these reviews allows submission of photos to show the final products. I'm sure CC is thrilled thats not possible.
Placed sample orders with Printful and the quality was night and day. The colors with printful were way more accurate and print location was spot on. Posted a blind comparison in the CC users forum and was removed from the forum. Beware before hitching your POD business to Custom Cat.
