CustomCat: Print on Demand

We are just getting started with POD on a couple of our stores and CustomCat came HIGHLY recommended to us actually by two friends in the business. Right from the beginning it has been a pleasant experience for us. The app has made adding the products to our store very easy with all of the variations that we need. The tutorials are excellent and each time I needed assistance someone was there to help. We are very happy with CustomCat and highly recommend them. CustomCat is a great service! To put it simple, they have tons of products and the prices cannot be beaten. The quality of their DTG print is also far superior to what I have experienced with other on demand print companies. I use a bunch of POD's and CC is the easiest to use. The cool part is they "own" any issues if you contact them. Yes, I'll admit they aren't perfect - either am I haha. But when there is an issue they fix it quickly. Much easier than my other factory. Items are great but I do recommend testing them first. For example, our designs look great on mugs but not the flip-flops. Make sure you use hi-def, vector images and you will love their quick turnaround. Cheers

The app works very well. Loading products is very streamlined and fast once you get the hang of it. It seems like they built the app to upload lots of products at once. In terms of quality - they are much like every other app where sometimes there are issues. They always respond and replace the orders that were not satisfactory and the order that are satisfactory are always excellent quality.
