The absolute worst on demand printers I've ever used. Pints were of poor quality and placed crooked on nearly every order. I am completely embarrassed to have ever let this company represent me.

I am a graphic designer and I am not satisfied with the quality of the printing nor with the placement of my artwork. I had banding in my face-mask and the placement of my artwork was incorrect. I am so disappointed that I have to remove my online store temporarily until I figure how to provide the best quality for my customers. I have yet to receive help from the CustomCat customer service over my last printing issue.

Please rest assured we ship over 25,000 custom made pieces daily and our replacement rate is less than 1.2%. We apologize for the error and stand behind our service 100%. I can also help you with product set-up. You have complete control of the design size and location. Its important you utilize the design guidelines templates and assign the design you created for the mask to the product when you upload the artfile. Worst app experience...so frustrating. When selecting a product to design, you can't click on the selected tab because it's all so squished together that the tab gets hidden by the product beside it. Everytime I try to log into the app, it doesn't recognize me and then sends me into a repetitive cycle of logging in, multiple times in one session, then does not allow for products to be selected for store instead sends me to checkout.

I received my first order and still haven't been able to fulfill my order for a week. My order does not show up in the app and the company has not helped me fulfill the order. Would not recommend. Will be looking for another Print On Demand App.

Hi. I am sorry your expectations were not met. Although I must say that both of your orders were fulfilled in 3 business days. This is very good and we stand by this. This review is misleading and simply not true.

We had many customers complaining about the ink being stuck together and the ink peeling off the shirts in the first wash and the overall print quality being very poor. We deleted the app.

Awful

Some orders have taken over a month, they've sent designs from other shops to my customers and their customer service holds zero accountability for their mistakes (They went as far as to blame me for contacting the wrong department once)

The fact this is one of the fulfillment companies in which you have to pay a membership fee to lose money is crazy. I'm actually going to be shutting down my site because I have to re-visit my fulfillment options.

Hi! I am sorry about your poor experience with us...we would NEVER send your design to another seller. We ship out thousands of orders a day. If your customer received an order by mistake, this is a very rare circumstance and falls under our 1% of order that need to be replaced. We will ALWAYS honor that. Let us know the order number and we can replace this for you!

Without a doubt the worst customer service. Do these people not understand that we have options, but because of some youtuber choose to pay for POD service... LOL Bye Felicia. There is no hunger to win in this company. They just don't give AF about anything. Well then don't open a business.

But, we noticed you have not uploaded anything to our app, nor do we have any emails to our customer service department with anything indicating you were struggling. Next time just email or call us. I had high hopes for this app because of their selection of items. I loved the clothing! However, what good is having great clothing to design if when I design the apparel, my designs don't save and I constantly have to recreate them? Additionally, when I design apparel in the app, my designs are constantly resized and moved around in ways that I didn't set up originally. On top of that, when I finally did manage to get the designs to look the way I wanted and save them I tried placing an order for myself and didn't hear back from the company after the order was placed. On top of that, I've reached out to customer service numerous times and haven't heard back from anymore. The selection of products is nice, but not worth it if the service is terrible. Take your money elsewhere to a company that will support you.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Their Christmas deadline was a joke. They delayed all my orders and took 10+ days to ship them. Their deadline of 14th December for mugs was a joke.
I have received hundreds of charge backs and negative reviews because of them. They ruined my whole shop and will ruin yours too.

10+ open tickets and still not a single response from them. I will be charge backing each and every order that was placed within the deadline and still not received by my customers. I advice all of you to charge back too.

They are scammers who are just here to scam.

Very disappointing. I spent hours setting up my products. I chatted with CustomCat about design sizes etc, and they were always very helpful. I ordered my first test product, and the colour was rubbish. After the first wash there were cracks all through it. I contacted them via messanger again, and they said they'd look into it. Even though its been a couple of weeks now, they still haven't replied. Even though I can see they have seen my message (FYI CustomCat, once you read a message on messanger the other person can SEE that you've seen it).
I can see great potential, but it needs a lot of work. And people with enough balls to own up if they screw up. Can't recommend.

Hi! I apologize that your first order did not turn out like you wanted. I can assure you this is a big anomaly. Our shirts sustain its color and quality for over 50 washes at least. I can see from our notes that we responded to you on June 4th. We never heard back from you. If you contact us again, we can look into fixing this order for you at no cost.
