CustomCat: Print on Demand

I have rated the support 2 out of 5 to be fair but my honest opinion is 0/5 because all of shopify support is live. I live in the uk and if this product is ok for international use I shouldnt have to wait for the random chance that they see my email. I was trying to activate my account and kept getting the "Error
An error occurred while executing the application. Please try again or contact the administrator." easy to use and reliable rating is based on reviews by others. so annoyed that time is being wasted while I wait for someone to see my email

The app has a terrible interface unlike it predecessors modern easy to use interface. Plus the main reason for uninstalling is that they force you to use the vendor name of "CustomCat." Thats totally contradictory of making self branded merchandise. Not sure why they do this, by all means they don't have to since other on demand services don't require it, but it's likely a selfish from of marketing for them. Beware! Printful and Gooten are much better and more customizable.

We have used this app since the start of our company in 2018 and they have been amazing. The customer service is what sets them apart from other companies because they are so willing to help. Thanks again guys!

We are just getting started with POD on a couple of our stores and CustomCat came HIGHLY recommended to us actually by two friends in the business. Right from the beginning it has been a pleasant experience for us. The app has made adding the products to our store very easy with all of the variations that we need. i tried to use this but, that was a fail. I choose this app because of the amount of product it has. I was looking for more children items and athletic wear. This company has it but the creativity part is limited. If i have an idea i don't want to be limited to the amount of my creativity. If you are looking for a lot of product this app is good but limits your creativity.

CustomCat is a great service! To put it simple, they have tons of products and the prices cannot be beaten. The quality of their DTG print is also far superior to what I have experienced with other on demand print companies. I would definitely recommend working with these guys if you are serious about your business.

The app works very well. Loading products is very streamlined and fast once you get the hang of it. It seems like they built the app to upload lots of products at once. In terms of quality - they are much like every other app where sometimes there are issues. They always respond and replace the orders that were not satisfactory and the order that are satisfactory are always excellent quality.

good product selection but I wasted lots of hours attempting to resize the logo for the embroidered products and watching their tutorials but to no avail! Also, the logo is not simulated as embroidery and looks crappy on on the website.
