I've been with Custom Cat since 2018 and absolutely love them. Over the years, I've seen the quality of their prints go up exponentially. The new Digisoft decoration method is out of this world and and absolute game changer. I can't recommend them enough. And sure, they've made a few mistakes over the years, but they've been super quick to resolve them and their customer service team has been so attentive to us.

I have to call out Joshua Turkin who saved the day. I have been struggling for months and watched many, many tutorials. Some of us learn differently and it's extremely frustrating to adapt to the "New Normal". I was ready to walk away from the entire business until I found Joshua. It takes a special person to understand the different needs of customers. You are lucky to have him. If it wasn't for him, I would have given up on the entire process. Thank you Josh.
