CustomCat: Print on Demand

The application is very convenient to use and very useful for sellers like me. It's very good. Everyone should know about it

I just called customer service to ask a question about my 1st purchase on my Shopify store (yah). He explained everything clearly and showed me how the check the status of on order inside the Customcat app, and I was able to see my order, the tracking number, the base cost, and the shipping fees. I am very happy I decided to go with Customcat than one of those "other" fulfillment partners

I just called Custom Cat because I placed an order for myself that is over two weeks old. I spoke with Brett and learned that the mistake was mine because I had the wrong settings activated. Anyway, Brett took the time to help me fix the problem step by step and he also gave me some great tips for the future. It is so important it is to me that I get someone on the phone from Custom Cat and they help me work the problem step by step. Outstanding customer service as well as product and that's why I'm with Custom Cat.

CustomCat has great customer service, and fast fulfillment times. The majority of my orders from last Christmas season were delivered on time. If anyone is looking for a fast and a reliable fulfillment partner, CustomCat is your best option.

I had a customer order a product from me but then cancelled 6 hours later. I tried to cancel the order with CustomCat but it was too late. It was not their fault, they're just fast at their jobs. Believe me, that is not a bad thing...especially this time of year. One of their Account Managers called me back and helped me fix the issue. Being a new store and not selling very many shirts through them I thought I might just be written off, but they treated me with respect as if I were a big customer. That says a lot to me about how they value their customers....all of their customers. If you're looking for a print on demand vendor, I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

I have been absolutely floored with Custom Cat's customer service and quality! I recently made a mistake with a large order - completely my fault - but contacted Custom Cat to see if there was any way they could help. The customer service rep Mike B empathized with me and went above and beyond to help alleviate the sting of my mistake, offering so much more help than I expected. You can trust you're in good hands with Custom Cat! Quality Control is also top notch...he shared that they had to remake several shirts in our order to meet quality standards before they were shipped and all that we received looked wonderful. Shipping was very fast too. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to using them more in the future!

I have been doing ecom for many years and used dozens of POD suppliers and apps. Customcat is my #1 app for many of my best-selling products, especially when it comes to personalizing items.
I never had any issues with them and customer support is awesome. I can guarantee they will go out of their way to sort out any issue you have.
Delivery times are great and -most importantly - their print quality is SUPERB! They deserve 5 stars for that alone.
