CustomCat: Print on Demand

This is one of the worst services I've ever used, the production time is too long, I have ordered from December 3rd to December 17th I have not received an order tracking code, and do not know when it is received, the shipping rate is broken and too much confusion, poor printing quality, bad design interface, unfriendly interface, long customer response time, faulty printing, cut text, excessive blurring and inaccuracy of the original design position, no refund policy for the customer, lost in transit but not refundable, if possible I will give 0.001 stars. Too disappointed

Everytime, I attempt to download from my library, I get 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. I am the owner...and also can't get any customer support for the past 4days. I have called, sent emails and still no help regarding why I am unable to download from my shopify/custom cat library after creating and uploading images. I would like this issue addressed. This is now the 5th day without contact or fix. Customer Service non-responsive and error is a problem.

We've used many different POD suppliers on our stores - now that Custom Cat offers nearly everything that most other suppliers offer, we've moved all of it to them.

Their customer service has been top notch, and the products turn out great. Every POD supplier we've used has issues now and then, but none of them have stood behind their products and services like Custom Cat has.

I just called customer service to ask a question about my 1st purchase on my Shopify store (yah). He explained everything clearly and showed me how the check the status of on order inside the Customcat app, and I was able to see my order, the tracking number, the base cost, and the shipping fees. I am very happy I decided to go with Customcat than one of those "other" fulfillment partners

I just called Custom Cat because I placed an order for myself that is over two weeks old. I spoke with Brett and learned that the mistake was mine because I had the wrong settings activated. Anyway, Brett took the time to help me fix the problem step by step and he also gave me some great tips for the future. It is so important it is to me that I get someone on the phone from Custom Cat and they help me work the problem step by step. Outstanding customer service as well as product and that's why I'm with Custom Cat.

CustomCat has great customer service, and fast fulfillment times. The majority of my orders from last Christmas season were delivered on time. If anyone is looking for a fast and a reliable fulfillment partner, CustomCat is your best option.

I had a customer order a product from me but then cancelled 6 hours later. I tried to cancel the order with CustomCat but it was too late. It was not their fault, they're just fast at their jobs. Believe me, that is not a bad thing...especially this time of year. One of their Account Managers called me back and helped me fix the issue. Being a new store and not selling very many shirts through them I thought I might just be written off, but they treated me with respect as if I were a big customer. That says a lot to me about how they value their customers....all of their customers. If you're looking for a print on demand vendor, I would highly recommend giving them a chance.
