CustomCat: Print on Demand

I'm very excited about my new Wild Burro Shopify store integrated to CustomCat. Initially I was having some lost data issues, but it was on me as I wasn't using the multiple product export properly. To be honest I was so excited I kind of skip viewed the tutorial videos, but please watch them.

I was with another popular POD company for 1.5 years, their prices left hardly any meat on the margin bone and you could only load one tedious product at a time. I've been on CustomCat only for a few days and I already have hundreds of products listed in thousands of variations. The good news is Shopify is soon to integrate with Ebay so I'm hoping to get my ducks in a row for the Q4 sales cycle.

I really am satisfied with the hundreds of products and the great customer support that I get from CC. Highly recommended.

They have many great quality items to choose from, the production time is extremely fast, the customer service is quick to respond and extremely helpful I would highly recommend them you won't regret it.

I am amazed at how well custom cat has been for us!! I have had questions and needed to email and call, both times I was helped VERY quickly and politely. Sometimes customer service at places can be scary, but I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this crew. I have a store to sell clothing and accessories for my sons wheelchair basketball and the products have been amazing, it was so easy to learn the store and how to apply my designs!! I highly recommend customcat

CustomCat is the WORST EXPERIENCE our company has ever had with a Shopify related app or product.

CustomCat product quality is horrific and the printing is amateurish at best. There is literally no quality control whatsoever. We lost hundreds of customers before finally switching to professional fulfillment companies that actually care about the store owners they sell to. CustomCat does not care at all.

If you care about your own customers, you'll want to avoid all CustomCat products. Whatever amount of time it takes to switch to another app, do it and do it now! The app is deceptive in the sense that you can create products faster with this app than many of the other fulfillment apps on Shopify.

The problem is absolutely horrific product quality matched by poor customer service. Again, hands down the worst customer experience we've ever had via Shopify. We're actually surprised Shopify is still sponsoring this app - it reflects poorly on them too.

Don't be fooled by CustomCat low prices. This is a case study for "you get what you pay for." And in the case of CustomCat you'll get zero value, lose customers and deal with one customer service nightmare after another.

RUN AWAY from this horrible company and their app!

Run-away from this company!

I've used CustomCat for several years. Just added a new store. They keep getting better and better. The DTG printing is unbelievably sharp. Sublimation quality is amazing, too. The app makes it easy to size designs and choose shirt colors. Bulk uploading is a real time-saver. Fast shipping times, too! Some products are printed and shipped the same day or next day. Product pricing is among the best in the industry. If there is a problem, their system is easy to submit a request for a replacement or refund. CustomCat for the POD win!

This is the best choice for POD. I have used it for the past 2 years and feel good about it. Good products, affordable prices, stable service quality are one of the reasons I believe in.
