I really enjoy this services fast fulfillment times and low prices which is the main reason I stick with them HOWEVER, they are really sub par when it comes to keeping items in stock ESPECIALLY for anything in the color brown. Most of the items in my shop are printed on brown shirts, hoodies, etc. so it really hurts my business when they claim they’ll have a certain size in stock but them wait A WHOLE WEEK just to tell me they canceled my order. Some of the brown hoodies and sweatshirts haven’t restocked in over a month and I can’t even get an exact date on when they’ll be restocked. Still a pretty good service but can still use some work.
Hello. Your sales are totally rockin' and were pleased to be your fulfilment partner. Very similar to shortages in 4XL, 5XL & 6XL sizes, the color brown is selling out across many different styles & manufacturers. This is not limited to CC, these variants you speak of have become depleted, variant by variant, over the last few weeks. This is due to factory closures during Corona and historically high demand from on-line shoppers in late 2020. We work closely with over 50 warehouses to source apparel and we are typically the last to sell out among the major providers because of our deep network of suppliers for our 10,000+ unique variants in your catalog. We have lots of colors & sizes in stock in the hoodie you are selling. Most POD's don't right now. I'll give you a call today to discuss how we source products and do my best to help you.
We used this app to set up our Spotify store. Overall, it was easy to do but we did have a couple of questions because it was not clear. We called customer service and Brett and JT were very helpful. They walked us through our issues and we appreciated their time and answers.
Update:
Company stating it was our design rather than their quality standards.
These same designs have been printed by several other print partners with no lack of quality.
Customcat misprinted each item and the embroidery was pathetic.
The replacement order had new issues that the first did not.
Double printing our logo in one location is not an issue with our design as they say. We followed the exact positioning guidelines & yet this issue still occurred. If they had any quality control process in place these inconsistencies would have been caught prior to shipping. If opaque areas of our design were an issue, AGAIN quality control could have flagged this prior to printing. This could've been as simple as contacting the customer to give them an opportunity to modify their design. If we could add pictures we would.
Placing the blame on the customer is ridiculous. Own your faults so you can fix/prevent this going forward.
Buy a new embroidery machine, the one you have results in blocky childlike handwriting. Unbelievable that you can stand behind what you produce.

Placed a sample order before launching products on my store. The order took nearly a month to arrive! The print quality is awful. They must not check their products before shipping them to customers. The embroidery on the hat looked like a child's handwriting. The DTG shirts both came out botched. One had a misprinted line outside of the design area & the other duplicated the logo. You would think maybe this is a onetime flaw? No, they sent a reorder and it was just as bad, worse even. Both shirts had printing flaws in the same location as the first order and additional locations. The hat came out just as hideous as the first one. Absolutely terrible. So glad we didn't trust this company with our customer orders. We've had the same designs embroidered, printed & fulfilled by Printful & Printaura. The work by Printful & Printaura is flawless everytime. I cannot believe the lack of quality that Customcat produces. Why Shopify endorses them is beyond me.
I would not use this company again if I was paid to.
I don't recommend using this company to dropship your designs. If your customers receive the quality we did you will lose that customer guaranteed.
Hi. I am sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us. Just as we discussed on the phone before you left this review, this was not an issue with CustomCat, but rather your design that you submitted to us. We explained to you not to use opacity in designs you are offering on the performance / 100% polyester. We also discussed your decision to use custom placement and positioning the art as opposed to leaving the positioning is standard default or choosing left chest default. If you are in the 2% of CC users who deviate from the standard location by telling the system to print in the “ custom position”, then you run the risk of it being different than the 20,000+ other shirts that ship on a daily bases who use the default, or standard print location ( not custom positioning).

Great customer support and a clean integration with Shopify. The products they provide are top notch and I've been very pleased in all my transactions with them.
The CustomCat app is amazing. A truly fantastic company. For about 6 months now I have been using CustomCat as my print on-demand fulfillment solution. Their customer support is very responsive and resourceful. The CustomCat app is also very user friendly. They provide these awesome video tutorials that walks you through the functionality of the app from start to finish. I was able to export thousands of products in minutes. Also, their product selection is great (over 400 different products to market). I sell mostly coffee mugs and my customers love them. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for great customer support, great quality products, excellent lead time, and lower prices.
Some orders have taken over a month, they've sent designs from other shops to my customers and their customer service holds zero accountability for their mistakes (They went as far as to blame me for contacting the wrong department once)
The fact this is one of the fulfillment companies in which you have to pay a membership fee to lose money is crazy. I'm actually going to be shutting down my site because I have to re-visit my fulfillment options.

Hi! I am sorry that you didnt like your experience with CustomCat. I assure you that 95% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. The only time it can take a month to deliver a package is when the delivery location is in a remote location overseas. Usually, the customers ordering from these remote locations understand that delivery can take a little longer. Nonetheless, if something took that long, we will rectify this. I do not see any contact from your account to our support team on this matter. If you wanted to email us we can address this issue.
CustomCat has been amazing to work with. I've tried other drop shipping companies for apparel, and it wasn't a good fit. CustomCat gets right on the ball if anything isn't right for the seller or customer.
Only three things would make CustomCat hands down untouchable.
1. No monthly fee
2. Sleeve printing
3. More products, like shorts, and some other brands.
If you want a successful business don't use this company period. They are the worst. They talk the talk but they don't back it up. We have order stuck in processing and production constantly, like 14 days out now on many of them. So many chargebacks, unsatisfied customers due to poor print quality it's insane. They're completely completely out of integrity and don't care about their customers unless you're a big time seller, they'll just leave your customers orders sitting in que. You'll be the one that has to pay for all the chargebacks and fees. Don't use this company!!!!
