The group at Customcat has been absolutely exceptional in their customer service!! I have been working with Brett and his desire to listen and help every step of the way is something rarely found in business any longer. I can't speak more highly of a company!! They are there for you. They care about helping you becoming successful. Definitely a company I would recommend.
CustomCat Customer Service is Exceptional! Very Nice People and they know their Business well. Their Products are Always Very Good Quality. And the Prints always come out Great. And CustomCat's 2 day shipping keeps my Customers Coming Back!!! Thank you Again CustomCat!!!
One of the most Shitty apps in the print on demand. They don't answer when a package is lost! there's no tracking and customers will get mad. If you want problems, here!
Hi! I am sorry we couldnt talk over the phone when you called. We were probably on the line with another seller. We are always answering the phones. We also have an amazing customer service team that will handle all order related concerns at orders@customcat.com. If an order is confirmed to be lost, our policy is to replace it so please email us so w can resolve this matter :)
I have been a believer of CC from day 1. I am able to offer my customers a variety of quality products making their shopping experience that much better. They make sure no matter what issues happen my shop and customers are taken care of. Once you understand the overall process of things it is easy and makes running my POD business that much simpler. Here is to many more years with CC!
The absolute worst on demand printers I've ever used. Pints were of poor quality and placed crooked on nearly every order. I am completely embarrassed to have ever let this company represent me.
Great app! So useful, big help to our business and very easy to make new custom products, put them up for sale, and get them shipped. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Can't say enough about Custom Cat. Been using custom cat for about 5 years now, and they've always delivered great quality products, not to mention the size of their collection is one of the biggest in the POD space. Alex Phillips has been a superstar in regards to keeping me updated with Custom Cat's products (so I can launch products as fast as possible), any account / customer issues that have arisen, and much more. Thus far I've spent well over $400,000 across multiple businesses using Custom Cat.
I am a graphic designer and I am not satisfied with the quality of the printing nor with the placement of my artwork. I had banding in my face-mask and the placement of my artwork was incorrect. I am so disappointed that I have to remove my online store temporarily until I figure how to provide the best quality for my customers. I have yet to receive help from the CustomCat customer service over my last printing issue.

Please rest assured we ship over 25,000 custom made pieces daily and our replacement rate is less than 1.2%. We apologize for the error and stand behind our service 100%. I can also help you with product set-up. You have complete control of the design size and location. Its important you utilize the design guidelines templates and assign the design you created for the mask to the product when you upload the artfile. i really wanted to like this company, and the $6 tshirt price is excellent for the monthly rate, however, the app is SUPER buggy and frustratingly problematic. the customer service is awesome though, im not gonna knock them at all, if you have an issue they WILL sort it quick. the quality control in the manufacturing is decent. several of my clients have received garments that had completely different designs on them, even ones that were not in my library AT ALL.
with more work this company can be great, but i am deleting for now.
This is my review so far...
I really want custom cat to be my POD provider... but their customer service is pretty bad. So far it's taking days to get answers to questions, and then I get a cut and paste response... They now have a new interface but I can't even upload products without getting an error...
