CustomCat: Print on Demand

I've been with CustomCat since 2017. Lot of product lines. Great support and helpful customer service. They valued each customer feedback, willing to make a change in order to increase their service. They are a great company to partner with.

Brett was awesome, great customer service. GROWING APP GREAT BUSINESS, super easy to get started!!!!!! do it now. I got going day 1 and had 2 orders and within minutes they were in production 3 days later i spoke with brett and he said soon to ship...WOW

We have been using customcat for several years. Support Team is super helpful and turnaround time for print and shipping is great! Good example...ordered some new samples for our new design yesterday. They've already printed and shipped TODAY!

Brett , helped me out greatly today. He made me feel he was on my team and not hurrying to the next call. Brett's energy was always upbeat as he helped me navigate as a newbie. The app is great Could use some video tutorials

Please upgrade your service for faster printing and removing the delay time for every products!

My experience is that their customer service rocks. I called them with a question, no hold, it just rang and someone immediately picked up and was very nice and helpful.

Affordable POD app with good basecost. They even have local support speaking native language to help seller. Recommend! Highly recommended!

CustomCat is certainly my favourite when it comes to embroidery. The quality and delivery is amazing. My clients loves the product so much! Really to go to supplier!
