Our store has been using CustomCat for almost 4 years and we are big fans! Their team is constantly looking for ways to improve the interface and usability of the app. Their products are good balance of price/quality and they stand behind them with a fair replacement policy for defective items. Their production times are very reasonable as well. Of course no POD is 100% perfect, but I think CustomCat does a stellar job with customer service, even during peak holiday times. Their seller Facebook page is an invaluable resource for sellers to navigate stock availability, learn design best practices and communicate with other sellers/CustomCat staff.

I like it for the most part. The biggest problem is when thins get discontinued. There needs to be vast improvement in letting sellers know. Items just stay on your store. You don't find out until your customer orders something. They don't even alert you, THEN. The order just languishes until you have to ask by email - What's going on with my order # 1234? A day later...you get a response saying - We've discontinued the polo and jacket, etc... Not Fun.

Hi! I'm Mike B and I hear you. We don't like it when manufacturers discontinue styles either! I'm sorry but we don't have admin control to add, or remove, or make changes to your products in your store. We do send at least two dedicated email announcements when a style/size/ color is discontinued. We also include any discontinued product announcements in the Thursday weekly email updates we send every week. The info is also updated in our blog and we make public announcements in our FB group. I'm not sure what else we can do but I'm sorry if you missed the announcements. If you have any questions or need any help, my direct email is mikeb@customcat.com

Support is the best! Also, the quality always is checked carefully. And average shipping time is in the top of POD industry.

CustomCat is a great POD fulfillment partner. My orders get shipped within 2 days and the quality of the prints are phenomenal. Anyone seller looking for a great POD company, definitely check out CustomCat.

I've been using CustomCat for several months. We had some bumps in the road with a couple of my orders and I previously posted a poor review. It's time for an update. For the last 3 months I've had access to an account rep, J.T. who has ensured all my large orders were processed timely and responded quickly to a quality issue I had on an item in a large order. Product price and selection are far better than their competitors.

I have been using CustomCat for the past 2 years, they have a very fast fulfillment time and all my customers are happy with the drinkware items they have received. The support team usually replies to any queries within 24 hours in a friendly manner. Things they could improve, provide a live chat and showcase their products on the Youtube channel. I would love to sell embroidered hats they provide but before that, I want to see how hats look in a real environment and I think a youtube video would be the best way to see some real-life footage of products.

I had a problem with the personalization feature that custom cat offers. After explaining the issue, Brett at customcat had it resolved the same day within a few hours. Thanks a lot Brett..I really need this to work.

My name is Leonard, and I really like the CustomCat app. First off it was really easy to use, second anything that I was unsure about I contacted the company and they walked me through it step by step. They were very patient with me, I will make sure to recommend CustomCat to all my friends!

We have many customers who receive items that we do not even offer from CustomCat. Many customers do not receive the items at all. Many customers report that the print washes off after one wash. Don't even try to reach out to customer support, it's pointless. After selling 3000 shirts through CustomCat, this will be our last year using their service.

UPDATE: When we requested refunds for the countless amount of misprints/unshipped orders, this was Custom cat's response:

First of all, I actually do get to make that decision. This is our policy. We have a 100% replacement policy. We made an exception to this for the holiday season for unique orders. Second of all, I hope you understand that this is a partnership here. We expect you to give respect to us just like we give respect to you. This is a professional, mutually beneficial business relationship. Thirdly, to reiterate, I HAVE refunded you for this order. Starting next week though, we are back to the normal replacement only protocol. You also, normally, need to provide us with a picture of the defective garment.

If you do not understand this policy, I would have you STRONGLY reconsider working with us, because if you dispute charges because you want to and you disregard our policy on refunds, we have the right to close your store down.

Hi. I am sorry you experienced this. We are very proud to operate at a 1% replacement rate so for every 100 order you may or may not get one order that needs to be replaced. Although, we are always working to bring this number down due to improved processes. As for customer service, we have a support team AND a customer service team. Both teams will respond to you in no more than 24 hours (48 around Christmas time).
