CustomCat: Print on Demand

I was very hesitant to try CustomCat out from seeing the negative reviews here and on Facebook, but my experience has been great! I just passed 200 orders on my new store. Print quality is great and orders get out the door quickly. The few mistakes that have happened were quickly corrected by them. Sometimes they seem to miss an email, but a quick followup the next day or so usually gets a response. The app is a little clunky, but nothing that can't be managed.

In all, five out of five stars from me! Remember no company is perfect. Mistakes happen and there's always some who will complain. The key difference is how it's handled. Keep up the great work, CC!

I have to call out Joshua Turkin who saved the day. I have been struggling for months and watched many, many tutorials. Some of us learn differently and it's extremely frustrating to adapt to the "New Normal". I was ready to walk away from the entire business until I found Joshua. It takes a special person to understand the different needs of customers. You are lucky to have him. If it wasn't for him, I would have given up on the entire process. Thank you Josh. I can't put in words what your patience and dedication mean to me. You restored my faith in humanity.

CustomCat is by far the best POD company and I have used a bunch. They are always innovating and improving the processes while keeping prices at a minimum so help me keep my prices steady for my customers.

Not only has CustomCat been great during regular business, but when times get tough, Christmas, or in the middle of a World Wide Pandemic, these guys have stepped up to the plate and communicate and make sure that business can continue if not exceed expectations.

Great company. Each time that I've had a problem (My fault of course), Customcat has solved it quickly. Product quality is exceptional. I've ordered from other suppliers and for the cost of lessor quality items, Customcat provides a premium product for the same price. Sometimes even less. I highly recommend them.

Great app - I've used all POD companies over the last 5 years and CustomCat has risen to the top option. Happy with processing time, pricing and quality of prints. Use them for all my direct to garment printing. Issues are rare but its impressive how fast they respond to and fix any order problem. I'm Happy
